Steakhouse beef looks good on menu. I am imagining the aroma and flavor of Angus beef but it was salty and the smell of blue cheese combination is not complementing. It was my first time. I have to drink a lot of water just to finish it. The bread itself is so dry.

The food is good, but prices have gone through the roof. Have employee salaries kept up? No. $18 for a double meat big Italian is a joke.

My favorite sandwich shop. The workers are always so nice and casual.

I normally have no issues with this location. Order a sandwich, Mac and cheese and a brownie cookie. The cookie and mac & cheese were great, sandwich not so much. Bread and chicken were dry. Sandwich was cold and kind of flavorless. Disappointing.

I’m very disappointed with the sandwich they made for me. I ordered a BLTA, but there was barely any avocado in it. In my picture below you can see maybe one little piece of avocado in the first half of the sandwich. It’s barely anything. I was tempted to give a one star review, but at the end of the day it was edible and still kinda good. I’m just disappointed that they skimped me out so hard on the avocado

I placed an online order through the mobile app this evening and the first two times I tried to put the order through, it said my card was declined and the reason it gave was the wrong zip code was used...yet my card was charged $18.12 twice. I called the store and they said they had no record of the order. Fine, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on that one since it seemed to be an app issue and I can just dispute the charge with my credit card.I placed the order with a different card and it went through. An hour later, I check the app and it said that the order had been cancelled. I got no text message, no email, no notification on my phone that the order had been cancelled whatsoever. I called the store, and they said the order is ready to be picked up and that it has not been cancelled. I reminded him that it was a delivery order, not pickup, and rather than take responsibility, they blamed it on DoorDash as the driver never showed up (I guess they outsource their deliveries to DoorDash). That doesn't explain why no notification was given to me that the order was cancelled. He then explained that the order would arrive in about half an hour. All the while, the order had been sitting in the store. Awful experience, should have gone with Jersey Mike's.UPDATE: The order arrived and the bread was completely soggy to the point where it fell apart as soon as I picked the sandwich up. I called the store asking for a refund, and the manager said I would have to request a refund from DoorDash even though the order was placed through the Potbelly app and I have a charge on my credit card FROM POTBELLY, NOT DOORDASH. This makes absolutely no sense to me and when I demanded an explanation or a corporate number I can contact to file a complaint, the manager hung up on me. What a joke.

The sandwich has absolutely no taste to it and it was even prepared worse sorry

It took over 10 minutes to place my order. The price was over charged so they got the manager to go over it. We spent 5 more minutes going through the order to be sure it was right. My husband picked it up and brought it home. The order was wrong. All I wanted was a 3 pick 2. One sandwich and soup, one sandwich and salad and one one salad and soup. Ended up missing a salad and with an extra half ham sandwich. Not worth going back in again, ever.
