*NOW HEAR THIS!!!!!!! This area Popeyes has to be the biggest embarrassment to the Popeyes Chicken Corporation. The managers at this location are ridiculously rude and very unprofessional, especially towards White and Black Americans. Clearly these hispanic managers support one another in their folly and evil acts! Blanca Hernandez, and Gina Garcia hold strong to their nasty and rude demeanor and disposition that awaits all non hispanics. On May 27th, 2022, I purchased a three piece spicy chicken dinner. I elected to dine in, thinking I would save time as I had a report to complete that was due by end of day. 20 minutes into my dinning experience, having consumed one of the three pieces of chicken, I realized the other two pieces were not spicy. So I preceded to the front counter, making known to the manager Gina Garcia/ Blanca Hernandez that I was given mild chicken by mistake. Not even God, the Almighty could have anticipated or predicted what would happen next. Nevertheless, after bringing the matter to the attention of the manager, she became extremely defensive and offensive towards me, denying a replacement of said pieces of chicken, as it was noted by the other customers in the store that she wanted to escalate the situation oppose to deescalating it. At this point, I the asked for a refund only for her to say that "I am not replacing the chicken and I will not give you a refund". About to go off on this woman, one of the customers made eye contact with me, suggesting that the experience was not worth my time. So I left the store and called the police that the incident would be documented. Get this, the officer asked the woman if she would be willing to refund me...her response, "NO"...Wow, imagine that! The mangers at this store are immoral, let alone professional, electing to stick her chest out in utter arrogance and haughtiness! Again, whoever is reading the words spoken here in, do not waist your time and money at this location. I did contact corporate. In fact I have made a half dozen calls to no avail. The District Manager, General Manager and Assistant Manager are all Hispanic and can clearly care less about their moral and professional obligation to the community. Again it has been 17 days sense the incident occurred. Not one person from management has contacted me. Because they are aware of their many horrible reviews, they obviously have deemed complaints unworthy of their time, simply not giving a damn!!!
Not terrible, not very good, either (=meh). Extremely surly (almost belligerent) service; dingy, dark, dirty restaurant, dirty windows, SUPER dirty door windows, dirty floor, nasty restroom, filthy table. Chicken tasted good. Won't be back!
If I could give this store zero stars, that would be my rating. The store hours stated that it would be open at 10:00 am. At that time today, it remained closed with no message on the door. An employee finally answered the door several minutes later. I was told that they were not open and he did not know when they would be opening. I asked to speak to his manager and he told her that I wanted to talk with her. After waiting ten minutes, she was totally disrespectful and NEVER came to the door. This is the height of poor service and lack of customer respect.
Food is sometimes good but what can be expected. The inside and customer service is a mess, they promote the app but the menu on the app is never accurate with what is in the store and then the employees will randomly guess to replace items. Never accurate with your order and poor communication, next time I will go to Roaming Rooster down the street for a better experience!
Popeyes itself is delicious and I could buy a gallon of the blackened ranch, but this particular location for Popeyes isn't as amazing. It's a struggle to get the sauces you want and sometimes the employees can be a bit cold. I do however love and will always love Popeyes.
I’m am writing after having a bad experience at this location. And I can say now how much I appreciate the improvement! My chicken came out just right- crispy and hot. It was the evening of 2/1/22. The cashier was very thoughtful and honored my coupon, she read back my order and the supervisor was right by her side helping her enter my order correctly. Everything came out perfect. Thank you for showing me great service!
Terrible Customer Service! Went in to buy food and they helped the customer in front of me and when it was my turn they turned their backs and ignored me. I live in Vienna and this is unacceptable in my neighborhood.
The slowest Popeyes in the history of the world. Literally put in a mobile order drove from my house 10 minutes and then still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Don't even waste your time.
I have never received such bad service from any food business EVER… The manager (young Hispanic male) is the poster child of everything you should NOT be in the hospitality business. He’s rude, and absolutely horrible in customer service. I will NEVER return to Popeyes again because of this man’s conduct and will advise everyone to stay away. Many people I know have complained about this manager but nothing has been done, I’m surprised there is no regional supervisor or director who can train this man, but it’s too late now for my business anyway. Wish them the best, but will never return to a Popeyes and they can thank their unprofessional Manager.
Manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. We will find an alternate to get fried chicken, but we will never return to this location
