THE BEST PIZZA place around town, I recently moved to the town of Vienna, and we absolutely loved the chicken fajita pizza and bread sticks with cheese. The menu offers everything under the sun lol. We will be back every week to make it a tradition.
This place use to be good with service, price and quiality. But their prices went off the rails the last year or so'. $ 21 dollars for large pizza that measures a medium in any other chain. Their staff is nowis rude and acts like they are doing you a favor by picking up the phone. I hope' they read this and adjust'..
Hands down my favorite pizza and my favorite location. Always get amazing tasting pizza and the customer service is good too. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years!
Been ordering from here for a while but recently the place has gone downhill. It seems like every time we take out or call in, a new person is working. Maybe there is a lot of turnover?Last three deliveries have had mistakes (wrong items, cold pizza, forgot garlic sauce). There have been no attempts to remediate the situation. Today I was put on hold for 15 minutes and hung up on.. twice.Never again.
Ordered and said meal would arrive at 1:15. It didn't arrive till around 2:30 despite me calling several times. I tried to cancel the order but the person on the phone kept saying it would be there in ten minutes (and the delivery person ended up arriving 30 min after the call)
We really liked Bolis pizza for their wide selection of Halal meat to allow us to eat pepperoni and salami with having to deal with pork issues.Unfortunately the service isn't that great, the staff os far from being friendly and cannot never act like a professional business to honor a mistake. Last night we ordered two pizzas, one meat Supreme and second is Barbecue chicken. Wife got home with the food, we start eating to find out the Barbecue chicken was missing the chicken, we called immediately and the cashier apologized and offered us a new one, but 10 minutes later he called us back saying the store manager decided to decline the offer and saying it's our fault sense we requested to cancel the chicken.... ?. Doesn't even make sense, we should have order cheese pizza then... it's not about the money and wasn't looking for free pizza. But clearly they lack the knowledge how to run a business keeping happy clients.
I have eaten at Pizza Bolis in Vienna Virginia multiple times the food is very good. The Pizzas are very good especialy the chicken salaris. The staff are very friendly. The delivery food times are very prompt.
Tonight December 30th, 2021 I made an order from Pizza Boli’s Vienna branch by Uber eat. Uber eat dose not show tracking the order for Puzza Boli’s When arrival time past at 10:07 pm I called restaurant asking when my order will arrive the guy at phone said driver is on way. At 10:28 I called again and asked about my order the same guy said order is on way. I said that’s what you said last time do you know how long dose it take, he raised his voice and said I don’t know it took longer I said ok that’s something you need to know how long and he hung up the phone while I was talking. I called again and complaining about his behavior and he again hung up the phone…Sooooo rude. I am a regular Costomer of Pizza Boli’s that’s not the way running a business.
buffalo wings were pretty good. they gave me a pizza with no sauce... definitely never ordering from here again.
Great food overall, they deliver and are very communicative if you call about order status. They are strategic and have the food delivered hot everytime somehow.
