Ordered true Uber, my dish brings one egg. Called the restaurant to pay for an extra egg because Uber up did not give me the choose.The woman that answer the phone was very dismissive and with very poor customer service she also made a comment how you are going to get an extra egg without paying , when that was the first thing I told her I want to pay for an extra egg, then she hanged up on me and called back and I asked toTo talk to the owner and she said the owner was not there. I asked to talk to the manager and she said the manager didn’t want to talk to me about paying for the extra egg.Very disappointed with the customer service.
This use to be our favorite go-to place when we want pho , came here today and every thing went down hill, from the staff to the food was BAD. Server was RUDE cake in and he directed us to our table and I asked if we can sit at a booth , the server gave us a negative and rude response. The lady than came and took our order, she was taking it so fast that when we got our food she didn't bring one dish out. Don't bother to go to this place, they will give you no RESPECT! Got bubble tea with bubbles and bubbles that you can't even chew.
We came to visit DC, but stayed in the area and found this restaurant. Very traditional style of Vietnam food. We love noodle soup very much. Price is reasonable and service is great. I definitely will come back again.
Came here because it’s near where I live. Didn’t have much time to go elsewhere. I remember didn’t liking the photo here first time around a while back, but I forgot why. 12:45pm, and nobody is here (Monday). It’s never a good impression when there not a single person eating inside a restaurant at 12:45pm. Pho wasn’t good. For my own reminder: I didn’t like the meatballs. Broth was too MSG-ish. Pricy. Go elsewhere.
Food is not good. Meats taste bad. Veggies are not fresh.Service is bad. People keep staring at you. They spilled hot soup on my hand yet not even apologized. Prob one of the worst pho ever been to.

I have always ordered from this place and never had any problems until the last two visits, i ordered pho for my staff usually 5 or more pho's they gave me only 4 i then went back they gave me another one and also asked me to bring the 4 to show proof which i found disrespectful, especially from a repeated customer, no problem i put that in the pass, i went to visit pho deluxe of tysons once again, same problem i ordered 6 pho's they only gave me 5 once again and i went back to them and charged me because of their mistake. i will never come back to this place.
I just want to share with everyone the experience I had today at this location. I got a shrimp pho for myself. While I was waiting I saw a long hair in my pho. I confront the associated but seems like they didn’t care about it at all. Very disgusting. I will never ever eat here again.
We walked over to Pho Deluxe from our hotel for dinner after a long day of traveling. The restaurant was not crowded (which we thought odd) but the food and service were great. I guess they do a large carryout service. The Pho was quite tasty; it is always interesting to taste various chef's broths as we travel. My wife had a grilled pork bowl that was very tasty and nicely presented. The fish sauce dressing was really good. Hope to visit there again upon our return to the area.
