Honestly I’m not one to put in a complaint, but this whole situation ended up being bizarre.Order a pizza and a drink, with two side dipping sauces. We were quoted the typical wait time, and it being a Saturday night we expected to wait. The waiting wasn’t the issue. The issue is what arrived after waiting over the quoted time. Or rather, what didn’t arriveOur drink and two side sauces were missing. Ok, annoying but I could over look it. But the pizza wasn’t even cut! It was just thrown into the box. Not sliced up, nothing. Manager offered to have the drink brought with the next driver but at this point I’m not holding my breath. Will not be ordering from here again.
I love papa johns pizza. I have ordered pizza multiple times from this location, but twice the pizza has not arrived and status showed delivered. Once they sent pizza with wrong toppings. Hence the two stars.
I haven’t been to this location in over a year because I had bad service. I decided to give them another try and was highly disappointed again. I was not greeted upon coming in to pick up my pizza. The delivery driver just looked at me, and then I noticed that the person working the register was just sitting down hidden in the corner. I was offered no apology for waiting for about 10 min. Bad service one time.. fine, but a second time, that’s unacceptable.
It's been 2 hours and my order still has not arrived. The Papa Track order tracker is also a complete lie. Called the store asking why the status said "delivered" when my pizza didn't arrive yet and was told, "that's just what happens sometimes". Seems like they are marking orders complete to hit their metrics but clearly not meeting them in reality.
Showed up 35 minutes late, after I called to find out where my order was. Then, they forgot my drinks, no sides of sauce and my food was dried out from sitting under the warmer for an extra 30 minutes. To top it all off, the manager was rude and didn't seem to care. No more Papa John's for me.
Order never came. Terrible customer service!!
Poor girls is here all by herself on a Friday night, New Years at that taking care of phones, deliveries, walk in customers, carry outs, and still trying to make pizza, wings and whatever else they make while I’m sure no one else wanted to work on New Year’s Eve not cool at all she deserves a raise!!!
Very poor customer service. The woman on the phone kept trying to change my order over the phone call and then when I went to pick my food up, the 2 people were just talking….I waited inside for over 20 minutes. They weren’t baking any pizzas… been coming to this location for years and I’ve noticed the quality and customer service drop drastically. A line is even building up as I am sitting in here.
Took over an hour for delivery. When I called, was on hold for 20 minutes before having the person pick up and immediately hang up the phone. When confronted in person they were very rude and didn’t care that my pizza was very behind schedule.
On hold for 17 min and then they promptly hung up on me.
