This is the second time that I've had a specific delivery driver who does not follow the no contact delivery option. Both times he was right at my door, in my face, when I opened it with no mask on. The first time the pizza box seal was broken and this time there was no seal at all.
shoutout this place, yo. showed up like 10 minutes before they closed and they still made us our pizza and were super nice about it.
Noticed nobody handling food in the store wears masks or gloves, while COVID infections are going up, which made me very uncomfortable with kid who is not old enough to get vaccinated.
I am a regular client but recently ive noticed they have intentionally not answered the phone or hang up. Their customer service is not good and they are unsanitary.
Was really happy with my pizza!
This is better than the papa johns off tyco. The food taste better.

Surprised to see the staff inside Papa John’s Vienna not wearing masks or gloves when preparing customer orders. Neither was the cashier out front who interacts with the customers coming in to pay and pick up orders.
These guys always took care of me, especially the delivery guys. They always delivered timely and my pizza was always made right. One of the managers, Chris was always pleasant and made sure my order was right. I have lived all over the US and have eaten a lot of pizza, I would say that this is by far the best Papa John's restaurant I have ever used.
Horrible pizza every time. This is some of the worst tasting pizza I’ve ever had.
