Most welcoming restaurant I've ever been! Food is always delicious and place is always super clean. Just a very comfortable place with great food and great people! The GM Suliman Saleh is the best! He's there every morning working like madman but still makes time to greet guests and make everyone feel welcome. This Panera is like Cheers without the alchohol. Love to start my day here!
Do not come here for cinnamon crunch bagels, they lack cinnamon and crunch. The morning manager told me he noticed the problem and sent an email to the nighttime manager who does the baking. Well this been a problem for several weeks now and I guess the bigger problem is how can you even allow such a low quality bagel to cross the counter when you know it is nowhere within the realm of the quality it should be.
One word- Outstanding. Staff, service, food, coffee all is outstanding. The general manager does an incredible job that is why I am there almost everyday.
I used to treat myself to the lemon scones & soufflé. But lately they have so much salt that you can taste it, rather then the flavor of the baked yummy.Salt is just a flavor enhancer. Should not taste it. Please reduce by 50%.Too much salt is a silent killer.
My Toastmaters group (the Navygayors) held a volunteer event for the Ronald McDonald House at this location And it was an excellent experience. They have big tables for groups to gather and of course a nice casual vibe in terms of decor. My friends were able to eat, drink and craft at the same time. The staff were super nice with taking photos, cleaning up around us and taking my friends empty plates. I’m just grateful they allow people to meet here. They have free Wi-Fi too! Overall, great spot for lunch, breakfast or having a group meeting. I would get there early in the morning on the weekends to get a table because it gets packed in the afternoon. Parking is a challenge if you don’t get here early as well. I would recommend this place for sure!

DoorDash delivered my order to an incorrect address over 1/2 a mile from the address I requested. When I called Panera to discuss the situation, the manager went above and beyond to ensure that my food reached me. The order was re-made and personally delivered by him because DoorDash would have taken another HOUR to get my food to me. The order was correct and delicious as always. Thank you for your fantastic customer service!

Very bad customer service. All rude staff. The older person taking order acts like he gives you free food at the same time you see him talking very nicely with certain group of ethnic group. Seems he brought his broken brain from his heritage. Entire team screwed and mean. They act like I for e them to not seek u employment and work for Panera Bread. I hate Panera bread coz of this 136 Maple Avenue, Vienna VA location.
Open as normal, like there is no covid, you might find this good or bad. The food is great and everything clean
