My husband and I are new customers and fans of Paisanos after a great experience a few months ago when we ordered several pizzas for a house gathering. I have wanted to give them my business again and was craving their Margherita. I ordered through DoorDash since I had a gift card to use. Long story short - I did not receive the Margherita. Paisanos mistakenly gave me the wrong order - Hawaiian. I spent most of the time peeling off the ham and pineapple pieces. Also very disappointed they didn’t give garlic sauce like the last time. I called Paisanos to let them know and the man was very matter of fact about it, zero sympathy, and didn't even acknowledge or care that THEY were responsible for the wrong order; he simply said it to take it up with DoorDash. That is what I call bad customer service - an unwillingness to take responsibility or apologize. A genuine apology would have made it a lot better, let alone a discount for a future order. Their pizza might be decent but bad customer experience has left me with a lasting impression of how they treat their customers.

Excellent strombolis!

This store is a hot mess!! And they don't answer the phone! You call to place an order and it goes into mailbox 102 or something. Tried to order on line, huge hassel, finally set up account, and it says it can't find my address on the map. Its less than 2 miles from the store, and has been on every map, for 60 years. Finally order for curbside pick up, and when I check in on the site, that I am there, I sit there waiting and waiting watching the employees talking, and no one brought it out! Had to go in. Expensive small serving of really oily spaghetti.

This was a second time ordering because of problems with the first order-burnt and cold wings with oil from the spaghetti spilled over the rest of the order. They offered $10 off another order so we decided to try it again. This time we ordered two Stromboli and wings. When the order showed up it was again COLD and missing one of the Stromboli and the marinara sauce for the one that actually came. When called, were told that there were no drivers available so they could not send the missing items but offered $8 off another order. Really, they did not send a complete order, with what did show up being cold and then couldn't figure out a way to actually fix their problem----the second time they messed it up. Terrible service with poor food. Just go somewhere else.

Awesome pepperoni calzones, and very fast and friendly service. I don't get a chance to come here often, but every time that I'm in the area this is where I get food

Their thin crust for me is the way to go. Mainly because their crust isn't the best in the world, kinda dry. Otherwise a solid pizza place. Orders are consistently on time and ready by the estimated time if ordering online.

We ordered pizza and asked for extra red sauce, got 0 sauce. We called the store and the rude manager offered to refund two dollars because they didn’t want to send anyone out for sauce. Yes, we paid 13 bucks in tip and delivery to have to go to a grocery store to get red sauce. Not just that, the delivery man left our pizzas in the lobby on a table rather than wait or bring the pizza up. Learn what customer service means. Never ordering from here again. Thanks for the dry and flavorless pizza.

Just say, last week I got 2 Pizzas and 8 hours after got very badly sick, Vomiting and running to Toilet. Mostly their hands were not been washed or cleaned with soup. Be careful.

Ordered delivery and they forgot my daughter's chicken tenders. When my husband called to tell them, they said it would take 40 min to bring the food and told my husband they couldn't "teleport" drivers over. The location is 5 min away from our house. Then the guy had the audacity to hang up on my husband. Oddly, after my husband called corporate the food was here in 10 minutes. Except when it got here the CHICKEN tenders smelled like rotten fish. We order from here at least 2-3 times a month, for a family of 6 and sometimes even when extended family is here...never again. Paisanos can thank the guy on the phone (and I won't say his name for his benefit) for the loss of a customer they've had for decades.

My wife and I decided to try Paisano's pizza for the first time based on a flyer we received in the mail. The pizza was mediocre at best. However, it is their "creative" pricing that has me placing a review. The offer (photo attached) is straight forward enough with buy one large pizza at regular price and get a second for $1. Well, according to both the website and in the store itself, a large pizza is $13.99 and each additional topping is $1.79. We ordered two large pizzas with two toppings each. We should have been charged $13.99+$1.79+1.79=$17.57 plus $1 for the second pizza for a total of $18.57 plus tax. Instead, we got charged $22.15 plus tax. I asked the cashier about this and they just printed out the receipt and handed it to me. No explanation for the discrepancy. The receipt supports the flyer but at an inflated price. Just irritating. We will not be back.
