The pizza is usually very good and the veggies flavorful. We get them loaded with veggies and nothing else. This time both pizzas were burnt. The crust is so thin that they just crumbled away. The bottoms were burnt and the veggies had no flavor for some reason. And no, we don't have covid. It was really off. So disappointed that I haven't received any kind of response.

With so many cheese and toppings you will surely find what you call the best pizza or salad. Order from a rival and pay nearly double the price. A must try!

Absolute best pizza anywhere we've ever tried! Would be a six on our scale. We have gone to many many pizza places around the area. Some come close, but mod is the top. Part of what makes them so good not only includes how fast they are, but they're unlimited selection of toppings, no extra fees or hidden charges for things beyond obviously the incredible selection of crust that they have including gluten-free and cauliflower. We continue to go to mods on a regular basis because we just have fallen in love with their pizza.

Wow, what an experience. This place is a tangible metaphor for the Tower of Babel. The employees were arguing with each other and were short with the customers. Nobody knew what the people around them were doing or even what they were supposed to do. Pizzas were coming out of the oven out of order. Some were burnt; some were under-cooked. The final straw was the pizzas were cut into six wildly uneven pieces. Clearly a staffing issue that needs to be rectified.
Ordered more than 1 hour ago. First 3 pizzas have been ready for 20 min, the other 2 are lost. Still waiting ... I will be heading home with 3 cold pizzas and 2 rushed. I had the same experience almost one year ago and promised never to come back. I should learn my lesson :(
Great pizza but delivery is not reliable. Too many times pizza late or told to cancel because store too busy to fulfill order. Too busy for my business I guess.
