I’ve came here maybe 3 times and 2 times out of the bunch they messed up my order. One time I came and there was a guy taking orders and when I was trying to order he would rush me and cut me off and I left and didn’t order anything because he was rude. If you can please go to a different McDonald’s, they have no good customer service.
It’s been like 6-7 years since I last tried McDonald’s, so not sure if their sizes has changed or its been like that always but the portion was big for both big mac and their crispy chicken and medium sized fries. I’ve always love fries in McDonalds which is great. The rest is just McDonald so you only go there for ice cream and fries or it is after midnight and there is no other place to eat but there.
Don't do it. If there's a line, run run run. Don't even bother because I've been in line for the past 25 mins I kid you not as I wait to ORDER. I haven't even ordered yet because they make you order at the window. There's only one lane so you can't even leave once you're in. It's literally a trap. Just go to one of the many McDonalds nearby and save yourself a painful long af wait.
The chicken burger is raw inside. Only the breading is cooked and not the meat. Disgusting.
When the Hispanic manager is working everything is smooth n fresh. Even when busy my food comes out fresh and on time. When the middle eastern manager was there my 4d order was dry and she acted like she didn't understand me and I saw her speak in a condescending form to the only Hispanic worker and I. On top of that she gave me the driest sandwich I ever tried and laughed with the ppl that understood her. I suggest u send that worker or manager to sensitivity training. Im only giving 2 stars for the good ppl that helped me.
Every time i have went the workers have always been helpful n polite. I've never had a problem wit them.
I go to this McDonals for the drive thru. However, every time I go I have to make sure everything is inside the bag. There have always been some items missing from my order.
They are slow. Always slow. Long line for drive thru
Product quality is good, customer service is very good, and general vibe is good.
Great place needs more cleaning but it understand because of low of stuff.
