The food is great at this location. After midnight it appears they only take one order at a time creating huge backups and long waits. Service is abysmal. After waiting in line with my order submitted for 10 minutes and waiting at the speaker for an additional 5 I was informed that I needed to come inside for my drive through order.
Rude is a nice way to put it. Should work on customers service little kindness goes a lone way. Food was not delivered to the table after putting the order with the RUDE guy I was told they'll bring it out to me. I guess the woman was too lazy to walk to my table.. Never stop at this restaurant again. I'll go to Wendy's or burger king first.
Super fast, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean establishment, all items stocked and clean. Very diverse staff, great for non English speakers. The self-serve order kiosks are wonderful and helpful to keeping 10ft apart for covid-19 safety. Hand wipes and hand sanitizer dispensers are always nearby. We always eat here when visiting the hospital.
I had a fish sandwich for the first time in decades. Delicious. I was lovin' it. ?

Antoine gave excellent late night service. You don't often find people who give good service during the graveyard shift, but Antoine did. I pulled up in line, ordered, and realized my card had fallen between the passenger seat. I was gonna have to get out of the car to get it There was someone behind me so i told my dude the sitch, and this angel said he'd put the order on hold for me. I pulled out of line, got out of the car, got my card from under the passenger seat, got back into the drive through. He was so pleasant! It was 130 am! And he didn't sound like Ronald had sucked his soul out through those too-large straws! He said to come on up, he took my money without issue, his co-worker kindly provided my 2 mcChickens and his name. Antoine, you were a blessing tonight. Thank you. I know it's not huge what you did, being pleasant and kind, but it matters.
Not only Was a man inside the bathroom while I was cleaning it he deliberately saw me go inside there and open the bathroom door and still continue to clean while I was using it. When I confronted him about it they sat there and said that they don’t understand English ha ha! I speak Spanish so what I relayed the minute the message in Spanish they got really quiet! Don’t go here unless you want to be encountered with racist individuals because unbeknownst to me you can’t be brown or dark skinned and understand Spanish. Very disappointed

I came here at 12/06/2021 12:11 AMI ordered 2 burgers and a large friesThe counter lady at the food pick up didn't gave any sauce .
