I placed a curb side. I got to curb side waited for 15 min and than I have go to drive through to pick up order and it was not busy at all. All the employees were gossiping. They didn't want to deliver curbside order. It's happening at other McDonald's in that particular area. The employees are pretending to be busy when they are not.They should be expelled if they continue this kind of practice. It's does promote app platform ordering.It also happening at old keen mill mcdonalds burke 22015 va. All the managers specially Indian manager is very rude. She doesn't not conform customer service rules and regulations. It needs attention fromThanks corporate office before it becomes common practice.
I like the covid friendly setup there. Foot extensions on the doors allow you to pull them toward you with your foot. There were hand sanitizing wipes right next to the do it yourself order screen. We sat in a plush L shaped booth while waiting for our order to come to us. The food itself is not 5 star but it's reasonably priced given the current inflation and we were all satisfied.
phone number is not working and went through drive thru and they forgot to put the apple pie and we paid for it.
I visited this McDonald's on a Monday evening and couldn't have been more disappointed in the people handling the order from front to end. The lady taking my order especially, was very rude and cared 0% for customer service, she really seemed like she hated her job. The manager, Evelyn, also seemed entirely disinterested in resolving any all of my concerns. I tried calling during business hours to discuss this with a different manager but no one answered. At this point I felt obligated to use this as my only Channel for feedback.
If I could give zero stars I would, the workers didn’t even know what they were doing and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it looked like they dipped the whole sandwich in sauce it was completely un eatable and I’ll never be returning to McDonald’s again. If your debating on going to this McDonald’s don’t. Your better off eating nothing.
To add to the all the one-star reviews:I placed an order via UberEats to this McDonalds location. I placed my order at 8:10 PM and didn't receive my order until 9:40 PM, after the restaurant itself cancelled my order once, which I had to reorder again. Looks like they're not timely with orders at all, failed to update the system from "Wrapping Up" to "Ready for Pickup." When I finally had to call them, I found the order was already ready a long time ago and was waiting for pickup and getting cold while neither the driver or I were notified of this. This caused another delay as they had to remake the entire order.When I finally opened the bags, the Happy Meal was missing the sauce, the toy I had selected, and the extra fry I had substituted instead of the apple slices. The ENTIRE Medium French Vanilla Iced drink was missing and nowhere to be found, and the fries were all cold and stale. McFlurry was an Oreo, not a Shamrock like I had originally ordered. The McFlurry came almost in liquid state too.Fries were spilled all over the inside of the bag as whoever prepared the order put the container in improperly. The drenched straws and utensils were thrown in so carelessly that they all landed inside of the McFlurry I had ordered. There were unknown crumbs all over my iced tea cup, which also came tipped over with sticky residue spilling all over the cup. 0/10 and looks like far less than half-effort was put into my order. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received from McDonalds at 2089 Chain Bridge Road and they will no longer deserving of my business. I did report all issues mentioned above to the UberEats support team to resolve and receive a refund.Do not trust McDonalds Tysons with your UberEats order, much less in person. Staff at the drive-thru are very unfriendly and my order is rarely correct at this location, especially through the drive-thru. They always forget your sauces, your straws or napkins, and make you wait the longest you will ever have for your curbside orders. Which is almost never right either. I have previously worked in fast-food and casual dining(To-Go positions as well) and see the blatant neglect and disregard for customer order quality. Stay away from here with their distasteful management and inadequate training. McDonalds Leesburg Pike or Maple Avenue does it SO MUCH better.

They are very rude, do not pay attention to the customer's order at all and are not willing to take orders from a customer who does not know with a working device. Awful

The order taker doesn't listen to customers. Place your order and check it. It's probably wrong . Window staff are rude and don't listen either. Poor management and poor training, I suspect.
