My friend and I had 2 seperate orders, when I ordered something they didn't have, they offered to refund me the price of the item, but they didn't. They then forgot to give us the second order and walked away from the drive thru window without coming back. When my friend and I went in to find our second order, they gave us incredible amounts of passive-aggressive attitude. Over all, I felt as though they took out anger on us because of mistakes and poor customer service on their part.
Food was missing from order. Placed an order via drive thru did a quick spot check as another car was behind me. However once I got home I didn't get all food I ordered AND no receipt to call.
I unfortunately came to this location tonight and received the coldest fries in my life. Drove back to get a replacement and didn't get anything even remotely close to an apology. The young ladies that work here are terrible, they literally don't give any f's.
Relative to other McD’s locations, the breakfast selection sucks at this one. No steak egg muffin. No triple stacks egg muffins. No hash brown egg muffins. They basically have only 2/3rds of the items in their app. Also, it would appear you can’t order breakfast in the app past 10AM, because “this location is now preparing lunch,” yet this is a full 30 minutes before they stop serving breakfast inside. If you then walk inside to order breakfast between 10AM and 10:30AM, they won’t honor their deals they advertise in their app. On the plus side, they once again have dining inside.A good alternative for a quick breakfast is the new WaWa store now open a block away.
Asked for the 2 for $3 chicken McGriddle which is in the menu and then was charged $7 so they said to pull around and they’d prove it wasn’t on the menu which it was terrible service always messing up orders
Found a tape worm in my sandwich. Never going back to a McDonald’s ever again in my life. My stomach just feels weird thinking about it.

Unfortunately this location has had issues with order accuracy and speed for years now. I never go there unless I have extra time to wait for them to either correct or prepare something from my order.
Fast service and food is always fresh. Great staff.
My favorite Mcdonalds. Great service and food is always hot and tasty. Drinks are great.
