Had read some mixed reviews but we gave it a shot and we were greatly impressed! We called ahead for our party of 10 and they had our reservations ready and accommodated us nicely. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. Our party ranged from age 14 to 55, some loved Thai and some had never tried it. There was something for everyone to enjoy on the menu. Plus, it was very reasonably priced. We had a large party and it didn't break the bank, as they say. Great food and comradery was had by all! I don't normally write reviews, but again, I was impressed. Definitely recommend!

A brightly lit Thai restaurant with clean modern decoration. They have great and friendly service for delicious food. The food comes out quickly and consistently tastes fresh and warm. There's also a spiciness scale (1-5 [1 is not spicy]) you can specify for each dish.

Unaccommodating and downright tone-deaf to disabled customers. Called ahead to reserve a table for 4, advising that a disabled patron would need extra space. We were told no reservation was needed. We arrived and only 2 tables in the entire restaurant were occupied. We were told to sit anywhere. We chose a table for 6 by the door which was accessible and allowed extra room for our disabled friend (and was not marked as “Reserved”). We were promptly told to move to a table in a cramped corner for 4 or all the way to the back of the restaurant. We explained that we had called ahead as mobility and extra room were an issue. The host replied that a party of 6 MIGHT come so we needed to sit at a table for 4 if we didn’t want to move to the very back (which was too cramped for an over-sized walker). We should have left, but given the hassle of getting there, we stayed. Any restaurant that rigid and unaccommodating does not deserve patrons, particularly ones that make every attempt to plan ahead for extra room for disabled customers. The table for 6 remained unoccupied for the 2 hours we were there, as did most of the restaurant. There were many ways they could have accommodated this party, but they decidedly chose not to.

Best Tai Food in the area

Absolutely loved this place! A solid 5/5 in my books! Upon walking in, we were greeted by the staff and were seated down and I noticed how nicely done the decor was. The restaurant was very appealing. Also, there is free parking if you go to the parking garage across the restaurant. There is free 2 hour parking available. Just be sure to park in the correct spots. The Food: Since this was my first time here, I had to try the Pad Thai, Tom Yum Soup and Thai Iced Tea. The Beef Pad Thai was delicious, flavorful and portioned just right. It wasn't too overbearingly sweet, which was nice. The Tom Yum soup had the nice Tom yum/lemongrass flavor that you're looking for. It was nicely balanced. The Thai iced Tea was good as well, no complaints there. The Service: The staff were very friendly here. They were attentive and had our orders out in no time. The service was great!Overall, a solid 5/5 on the food and service. I'll be back for sure!

Seriously impressive for a local Thai place. It was really hopping with takeout orders though thankfully not too busy for dine in. Crispy chive dumplings are a must try. They have an intentionally gooey interior, kind of like takoyaki. Rotating monthly specials are also a thing here, what?! I had the pumpkin curry, level 4 out of 5 spicy, which was plenty hot, even for someone who loves spicy food. This seasonal dish was just excellent, great balance of flavors and very fresh tasting. I could taste the lemongrass in the curry, and saw that they used whole lime leaves as well, proof of the high quality. The real surprise was the coconut taro custard... Very taro like (think potato-ish) in consistency but still smooth and pleasingly sweet. The thickened coconut milk topping and crispy fried taro strips really set this off. There was a salty element as well integrated into everything, I don't even know. Just get it. It is kind of an eclectic flavor, so keep an open mind. The only suggestion I have is to make the online menu a little less clunky. There are just too many different sections that are slow to switch between, and this could be hurting sales of special items. Give this place a try!

NO parking! Bathrooms dirty and often out of order. Very dirty even during the pandemic. I went here because I want to support local restaurants but our health is very important. It takes much longer than they say. When you call they will say 10-15 minutes and then another 15 minutes when you go. Then another 20 minutes. I went yesterday. It took 80 minutes. Would not return my money when I wanted to cancel my order. Then they gave me the wrong order. Very rude woman at the cashier. They gave us pork which is against our religious beliefs after 8o minutes of waiting.

A very intimate space that makes up for what they lack in square footage by paying attention to all the fine details. Much appreciated for their signage to ensure safe COVID protocols for all those entering the restaurant. You are able to seat yourself at whichever open location you desire. For appetizers, we had the chicken satay for our kid which had great flavor and was more more enough portion size. We also had the Tom Yum soup loaded with veggies. For entrees, the pumpkin curry with beef had pretty decent flavors. You are offered a spice range between 1 to 5, so we choose 3 and the flavors were not overpowering however biting into a hidden pepper was too much heat. The spicy catfish tasted pretty good but lacked the coating desired as the fish was a bit soft due to the sauce poured over the meal. Still a great choice and overall great meal options and portion sizes. For dessert, we tried the black sticky rice taro pumpkin corn and coconut milk dish. The flavors were very hearty but not really sweet per se. Great decadent option for someone who anyone who enjoys taro or looking for something new to try. Also loved that the spice rack was provided in disposable single serve cups with tops.Lots of folks seemed to get orders to go which makes sense considering the vast amount of residences nearby.Great spot for small intimate evenings.Awesome personable service.Would not recommend for large groups.Definitely a spot that we will visit again.

I have been getting take out for Kiin Imm Thai for at least 3 years since moving to the area. Fortunately it has been one of those finds that has been consistent through the years (even through covid) unlike many ethnic restaurants that start out great and gradually lose quality of food. I would highly recommend the drunken noodles that has the true burnt spices effervescence. They don’t mess around with their spice levels either, and can truly be enjoyed by those who love their spicy food.

Super delicious! Definitely one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve ever been to. Though keep in mind that the default spice level for dishes like Drunken Noodle (my go-to dish) is level 3, which is spicy at least for me! Great dining and takeout experience too.
