After coming to this location twice, i’ve come to the conclusion that they intentionally make the sandwiches bad so that you don’t return. Hire more people or something but the current staff is rude, dismissive, and each time i’ve visited there is enough mayo for five sandwiches slapped on, it’s to the point where its not even edible. Worst Jimmy Johns I have EVER been to.
Do NOT order with delivery service. Workers pick up and place you on hold without waiting for a response which is incredibly RUDE. Also, workers Nancy and Saundra told me that they are not able to put items on the side while being delivered. Things such as Lett ,Tom, Mayo, Oil and Vin that may make the sandwich soggy while being transported. I believe that it is very possible and will not be ordering from this shop again.
I placed an order for delivery because my mom had a stroke and I have to stay at Inova Fairfax hospital with her. They called me to tell my the driver was out and it would be “30 minutes” after 45 minutes I called back and they said the driver was 5 minutes away, 15 minutes later I call and he’s “still not here.” Jimmy johns is supposed to be fast. Why would it take a driver over an hour to deliver food. Hire more people and stop lying to your customers. I ordered here almost every day while I was at the hospital and my mom is staying another week. They won’t be getting my business any more.
First time ever having Jimmy John's and was pretty impressed. I think it was their bread that made me really enjoy my BLT. The staff was pretty friendly and quick making my food, so I will definitely come back here in the future

I've passed this restaurant several times driving in the area. Each time there are cars parked right out front on both sides of the road, blocking traffic and causing an extremely dangerous situation as other drivers try to squeeze around them. I don't care if the food is "to die for", it's not worth dying because their delivery drivers can't learn to park like normal human beings and instead just stop in the middle of the road.Shut this location down if you can't figure out a safer parking arrangement for your drivers.
Still the fastest sub shop around
Made an order last week, was two hours late. (We had already left the office, only found out it was delivered due to a message from a coworker.) Figured we would give them the benefit of the doubt and try again today. Order wasn't delivered after 40 mins so called the store to see what the deal is. It hadn't even left the restaurant yet. Asked the guy what was going on and they say they only have 2 drivers working. Clearly management is dropping the ball and not doing what they need to to properly man their restaurant. Will not be using them again.
I love their sandwiches and the kicking ranch is great with chips.
They say the order will be delivered in 13-23 minutes. My experience is it is more like 45 to an hour. I called to get a status of my order after 45 minutes. The person answered the phone 'hello' so I had to ask if it was Jimmy John's. I asked for the status of my order and she said 'what order'? I gave her my name and address and she said, 'what can I get for you'? At that point I hung up. I have to be somewhere and will have to leave before my order arrives. I will NEVER get an order from them again.
