First visit to this franchise. Very good cheese steak, equal to many I had in the north philly area.I'm figuring an excuse to go back-- just a 2 week later edit. Had the Italian cold sub and it was wonderful. Best of all the lunch hour crew was very competent, and extremely polite and helpful. The operator of this franchise(?) has a true gem in this staff good food good staff makes happy customers
Customer service can be vastly improved at this location. Food is good but Customer service takes away from the experience.
I asked for no lettuce. Threw the tub in the trash and cooked dinner.
Great subs, always tastes very fresh. Best chain sub shop in my opinion.
1.5 hours later and my order is still not made. Idc about the excuse but this location just lost a customer.
I’m so sorry to post this. Today I placed an order of my favorite item on the menu, the chicken cheesesteak. Although not local but a Jersey born, this was my favorite by any location nearby and they canceled my order by reason of “it wasn’t placed in time”. My order was placed within time, with 2 minutes within, I double checked when I called the store location just to be sure. I’m saddened by this and will be sure to tell all of my friends this location doesn’t honor the Jersey Mike’s I grew up with.
