Terrible customer service! I am appalled how bad the management is. My simple order of iced coffee took 20 minutes and then my friend ordered a sandwich that never came out. A lady that ordered after him got her meal first. I am huge Dunkin fan, and I'm usually impressed at any location, but this place was real bad. Never going there again. Need to retrian employees there. After my experience I am not so sure America runs Dunkin especially on this Memorial Day.
I have never had a good experience here. My order always takes twenty minutes if you use the online app. Special instructions (like just “less ice,” that’s it)? Ignored. Your order is usually lost and if it isn’t lost, it’s wrong.They are not polite and do not want to make it right if a mistake has been made (totally get it, that happens! But then make it better and fix the mistake).I live close by and have ordered approximately a dozen times, if I had to guess. This has been my consistent experience with this place.A suggestion for management would be to retrain your staff on how to complete orders correctly. And to ask them to wear gloves.
5 times I asked for a large coffee, 5 times she said iced coffee, 4 times I said no, 5th time I said nevermind.Whoever you have working the register, do yourself a favor and at least make sure they halfway understand english. I wonder how much business you all miss out on because of this inconvenience?
I understand that mornings can be busy but today they took 20 mins to get both my coffee and omelet out. Some of them were also not wearing gloves. Moreover, they got my coffee order wrong.
Every time I go to this location they always mess up my order and/or are extremely rude. I’m very quiet and non confrontational when ordering so haven’t ever said anything in person but it’s getting ridiculous. Three times they’ve made the completely wrong drink for me and got mad when I said something.. I don’t even say anything when they use the wrong milk or there are smaller things wrong but totally wrong drink.. another time I asked for an everything bagel and they kept repeating “we only have one” and I kept saying “I only want one, can I have it?” Their response: “we only have one”. Me: “can I have that one?” Them: repeats the same thing but yelling. It’s just a fever dream every time you go, something ridiculous always happens. Today I ordered two drinks and they made one and then looked at me weirdly as I waited… then asked what I needed and they forgot the other drink and rolled their eyes when I asked. Not a big deal but why always the attitude. Basing off the other reviews maybe management is so bad their workers and very unhappy and it spills over into customer interactions.
The best place for coffee. Customer service is always amazing. All employees are very friendly and very kind.

The manager came, personally, to pull me out of the bathroom because I didn't order anything. I was planning on ordering, but needed to use the bathroom first. But I decided to take my business elsewhere after his rude behavior.
Very content of this place until the manager said that we could not use the restroom unless you purchase an order. It’s not a only customer can use restroom, it’s only one restroom use per order, meaning you need to buy multiple orders to use the restroom multiple times.
Good food and drinks, a bit pricey, good place, only issue is one purchase for one restroom use.
