I come here frequently. Today I was on limited time and had to wait for them to cut up every single piece of fresh chicken breast instead of being PROACTIVE and taking some of the chicken that was already cut up and putting it on my bowl so I can finish going through the line. 4 or 5 other people went in front of me in the line and I was only serviced after I said something. Idk why any customer service driven company would think that that’s okay. Complete disregard for my time. I was late going back to work because of the 10 minutes I had to wait while they took their time.
I placed an order in person and when I came to pay, I noticed the amount was substantially higher than what was supposed to be, so I asked the cashier to show me the details, and sure enough there was a mistake in the amount. He said he would correct the amount and gave me a paper receipt with the correct amount; however, my credit card was charged the higher, incorrect amount even though I had noticed the mistake before swiping my card. Since then, I called multiple times but it is impossible to go through. Their telephone response system is designed to not let you through to talk to anyone. Like other reviewers said, I will never go there again, but I will also say that I will never go to any Chipotle at all because this company, unlike other restaurant chains, does not have a customer support/complaint phone number or any way to contact them with a complaint about one of their locations. If you are ripped off like what they did to me, you have to go back there physically and probably have a fight with a nonresponsive, arrogant manager, if you get to speak to one.
Like other reviewers stated, they make mistakes with the amount of your order, they always charge you more and never less (LOL), and you have no recourse to recover your money whatsoever. You can't talk to anyone at the location or at the headquarters. Their phone system is only trained to take orders, and so are their employees. I will never go there anymore. They are NOT supposed to be a charity where people donate money.
been to a lot of chipotle this burrito was the smallest i've ever had - shame because the chipotles around take a few minutes longer to get to but i guess it's worth it. After I ate my child size $12 burrito i had to get a second lunch at mcdonalds. who the hell goes hungry after eating a chipotle? Only this location
They gave my pickup order 20 mins late and yet completely messed up my order. Will never order at this location again
Our orders with brown rice were very tough to eat. The rice was not cooked through properly.
I absolutely HATE this Chipotle! Because of its location it should stay open but I wish someone in upper management would make a decision to hire completely new staff and do a huge training on customer service. They are the worse! They shake off your entire portion size/scoop and then when you ask for more they want to charge you extra. The staff will literally sit there and argue with you. Last I checked, I’m the one spending money - not them. Not to mention the stock I’ve purchased in Chipotle.
Customer service is trash! I’ve been coming her off and on for over five years. How do you see someone standing in line, don’t acknowledge their presence and proceed to go about your tasks. DO NOT GO HERE!
