For a Chipotle that is located in Vienna, the staff is rude and does not ensure the order is correct. An order was placed for double protein on the app. When the order was picked up, the meal was light. When the staff was nicely asked if it was double meat or not, they rolled their eyes and gave me a rude attitude as I told them double protein was charged (and should be rightfully served). They walked away and begrudgingly remade the meal and couldn't even so much as look at me when I was handed the meal.Perhaps - if the meal (along with all the upcharges) was made correctly the first time, then it would not need to be remade. And if you got it wrong, that's ok. You can always remake it - without the eye roll and without an attitude. ?And if you don't want to give the extra portions - don't charge for it or don't offer it. But if I'm paying for it, then I respectfully and rightfully should be provided what I paid for.
Over the years I grew up loving Chipotle. Chipotle was a happy place for me, and has become a place I go to when I’m bored, when I’m busy, when I’m happy or sad. Something about sitting in a chipotle and browsing through Reddit as I eat during my lunch hour just hits different. This chipotle on Maple Ave, is the reason I feel so fondly about chipotle. I’ve gone here since I was very young and will continue to come here for years to come.Perfect proportions, great management, wonderful seating inside, perfect location.Thank you Chipotle.
I showed up at 9:25 with the restaurant closing at 10 and they were out of the majority of their items if they are open till 10 they should have the majority of the ingredients to make a burrito a burrito bowl etc. if they want to close at 9:30 then close at 9:30 don’t say you’re open till 10 and not have the majority of your ingredients available to make a burrito
Never actually ate here myself but my wife enjoyed it from time to time
rice was bland and just not good at all. someone went ham on the spices in the back because it was ridiculously spicy (and no not the usual level of spice—to the max).they give you like 2 pieces of chicken and if you ask for more they take a spoonful and shimmy out all the chicken until there’s a tiny sliver left, then they put it in the bowl.come on. it’s not like I’m getting this meal for free, I’m paying money for it, I expect what I paid for.do not recommend.
What a terrible experience. There was no line, yet the counter line moved slowly. Quantities given were extremely less than other typical chipotles. I literally had to ask for more of everything (i.e. my salad bowl only had a small handful of lettuce bed, then only half a scoop of corn, etc.) It was clear the store was trying to limit quantities, as the server adding fajita to my bowl picked up a regular amount, then let go of half of it before transporting to my bowl.In addition, we had to navigate around to find a clean table - we counted at least 8-9 dirty tables, none of which were cleaned during our meal either. This was not a case of short staff - there were plenty of staff behind the counter chatting with each other. Simply no one was assigned to cleaning the tables.
Really wish chipotle would give you the option to pay for extra cheese. It always goes ignored.
Very unfortunate experience for this particular Chipotle. I usually don't like to give bad ratings but this one is particularly in reference to a mobile order, that was not delivered on the time it was supposed when I arrived the food was not ready. Also the quality of the food was next to horrible, we needed up throwing it out, the food itself was not only bad in taste but they did not follow the instructions, they just put whatever they wanted, literally missed all the instructions. Very sad but at least Chipotle was able to refund the order.
Every time I order from here my order is late. My bowl only had like 8 pieces of steak the rest was just rice, I recommend to go in person and never order online.
Great choice if you'd like a tiny burrito for $10+
