The food and the customer service were fantastic. The cleaniness was 10/10. The team here were very polite and friendly.Definitely a 5/5 restaurant

Been dying to try this location. It was clean, fast service and the staff was outstanding. Food was fresh and flavorful. Soda was bubbly and tea was great. The tops on the drinks were sealed to perfection. Will be going back for more.
This is the best Cava in the area by far. Not only is the food fantastic, the manager Silvia and her team run a first rate operation.. The first thing you’ll notice is of the employees are happy to see you and extremely professional. Consistently Awesome!
Placed an order online via their app, went to pick it up and it was canceled by the restaurant when I got there. Card was still charged regardless , no food and bad ordering system …. Disappointing
We ordered 3 bowls with black lentils..they were not cooked..super hard and raw!
Oh my goodness this place is good. It is a bit on the pricey side so be prepared for "quick eats". If you get the lamb you have to eat your food quickly or else the fat gets hard and coats everything in an unpleasant layer of grease. The choices are good for even picky eaters and it offers a variety of flavor options. From the medium in which you eat, the meat, the veggies, the sauces, and the extras, this place is delicious.

The food is good because because it’s a decent chain, however this Vienna location consistently fills up 1/3rd of the bowl at best. Every other location I have been to fills up the bowl, except this one. It is not at all worth the $10+ prices for a practically empty bowl that hardly fills you up. Even when I would ask for a bit more of something it would still only be a fraction of what they should be giving out. Each employee also never offered a pita. Dissatisfied in this Vienna location yet again. A waste of money would recommend trying a different location.
