Birthday dinner
Every dish was a stunner. I had the mixed grille with a lamb chops, duck sausage, and pork loin. Each meat had a different, and delicious, sauce that complimented each other. Even the "hash browns" were freshly cut and cooked. Just wonderful. Others had fish dishes, which they loved. Great and attentive service with a wonderful wine list.
All good except noise level....difficult to carry on conversation.
Our server was unfriendly. Food was ok.
Wonderful birthday dinner for 5 people. Excellent foodâ¦.very very loud inside the restaurant was the only negative. $350 including tip was the damage ..
Excellent food and service
This was our anniversary dinner. Bazin's is very local for us, so we know it very well. We have eaten there before. Sunday evening, restaurant not too busy. Our salads - the grilled romaine and the chopped salad were very good. Our entrées - double cut pork chop with Brussel sprouts, and Rockfish with risotto and spinach were also excellent. Our server was quite good, didn't rush. I felt the wine list was a bit limited. No dessert this time as we were very full for dinner. One very loud speaking diner, thus the past of the low mark for ambiance. Would return.
This was my first visit to Bazins. I loved the ambience the minute I walked in. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, all of which sound enticing. I did find the prices too high to frequent the restaurant, however. I would highly recommend Bazins.
