I had to come back and change my review. I have visited this location and over the last few months the quality of food has drastically declined. I did my first mobile order today. I had scheduled it for a specfic time and was about 10 mins late due to a training running over. When I entered to pick up my order, it was just sitting in the bag on the counter. Not under a heated lamp to keep it warm, just sitting them. Everything was practically cold and I didn't receive the upsize amount of fries as I paid for with my order. The size of the piece of chicken was offensive for the amount they charge for the meal. Im was extreme disappointment and have made the decision to not even set myself up anymore hoping things will get better. Hopefully others have a better experience than I did today when they visit.
The food itself isn’t bad. It’s consistently good, for the most part, but the attitudes of the employees is where one of the major problem lies. Horrible customer service across the board here. Just plain rude for no reason. You can be as polite as ever and be met with nothing but attitude and unprofessional behavior, like your food just tossed in the bag with the containers opened so all of your food falls out and into the bottom of the bag in a saucy mess. They also randomly close early. The hours need to be changed if you’re going to regularly close at or before 5 pm. You can drive there just to see some paper taped to the speaker that they’re closed early, yet again. The hours for the business definitely need to be changed, but they wouldn’t even know what to change it to since they decide on a different time to close daily at random. Absurd.
I'm really kind of between 3 and 4 stars. You get a decent amount of food for the price... but it's mostly the fries/toast. I take some issue with the [traditional] wings. They are the smallest wings I've ever seen... what in the miniature chicken is going on!? ? Same observation with the tenders. No complaints on flavor or preparation. The staff were patient with me at the drive-thru; it was my first time at a Zaxby's so I fumbled my order and they were gracious enough to let me correct it at the window.??
Waited in drive thru for about 25 min, only to be told they only serving tenders, fries, and toast. HOW?? Because they are slammed they want to limit you to one item. I didnt want the sauce, I needed ranch and bbq. She wanted to charge me for it, but i got tenders... she made me dig in my bag to give her the sauce back to exchange it. Luckily the food was hot. That is the only reason they got 2 stars.
People eating in their car in the parking lot. BECAUSE....Dine in area is still CLOSED. DONT SUPPORT "RESTAURANTS" that can't keep their dine-in areas open. Owners make LOTS OF MONEY not paying staff a living wage and increasing their work load or the staff are not motivated enough to tend to dining area (which begs the question of food standards)

The last 3 times I've tried to come here, they've been closed early. I understand that several businesses are understaffed, but this seems to be the only fast food restaurant that always closes early.
This is the worst fast food place I have ever been to. They randomly close all the time. You can never actually count on going there. I’m sure they have staffing issues like everyone else, but they handle it poorly. One day I waited in line for 30 minutes and finally got to the window to order at 5:01, and they let me know they just closed. Today, I waited in line for 10 minutes and got to the window right at 4:00 and they said they just closed. If they have to close early, they should put more than one sign up so people don’t waste time waiting in line for nothing. I will never even waste my time trying to go there again and I hope they close for good. They might as well
I'm growing EXTREMELY frustrated with this location; this company in general. It's not like these restaurants are on every corner. The one over by ChesSq mall closes early now? Ok. I get it. Short-staffed? I guess. But THIS location just makes up their hours daily. No warning. This happens so often that I try and call every time before I take the unnecessary drive all the way over here. They never answer the phone and then guess what... CLOSED before the posted hours!! And they act like putting a sign up saying that they're closing early helps. How?! How am I supposed to know that you don't feel like sticking it out today for the extra 2 hours it would take to close on time?? It's ridiculous and I will most certainly be reporting this store to corporate.
I think that Zaxes Chicken Fingers are as good as any I've had.Chicken Sandwich is good , also.This location does a consistently fine job with it's offerings.
