I usually only leave a negative review if a place is really really really bad, and our experience tonight and two days ago warrants a response. How are these employees still working? Where is the manager? Is there no quality control for the employees? I can't see how any manager would keep slow slow slow slow slow employees who are more concerned with talking yo their friends and playing in their cell phones then serving customers. The slowest, most disrespectful workers that I have witnessed in a long time. Obviously these employees don't care about the customers and serving quality food. Please hire some good workers and get rid of this trash. This place has potential it just needs employees who have a half way decent work ethic. Maybe some employees who actually want to work. Door dashers shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for two sandwiches. We will never accept a door dash request from this location again.
The two girls standing at the register were standing there having a personal conversation while the guy on the line was struggling to keep up with all the orders by himself for the dining room of people waiting for their food. Plus, I paid for double meat but did not get it. It was even circled on the bag and reiterated at the register. The service and quality has gone down hill in recent months.
What an absolute dump this place has become. We entered the store and there was no one behind the counter. Music was being played loud. Then a gentleman came out from the back with a handgun hanging out of his front pants pocket! I'm all for open carry, but not idiot carry in a place of business.Then my daughter needed to use the restroom and another worker was sitting on the bathroom floor talking on her cell phone. She left and when my daughter went to use the bathroom it smelt terrible in there. Once my daughter left, the female worker went back into the bathroom. She then came out 5 minutes later and started making our sandwhiches!!! This place is an absolute trainwreck and I will not be bringing my family to eat here again. Please stay far away
Good food and friendly service but cost about double what it should. Expect to spend $10 to $12 a person easily. Also it's difficult to justify paying for a pb&j at a sandwich shop when I can easily (and more cheaply) make at home. If you have extra money to spend on sandwiches, they are at least quite tasty.
To the staff who was working tonight. Definitely took a minute to get my food, but it looked like y’all were having a tough time. Plus that one guy waiting for his fries didn’t make it any easier. Please know that your service was appreciated and that you’re doing a great job!
Not impressed. The food used to be good when I first came. The staff is not the friendliest either depending on the day you come
THIS time i went, i didn't eat all my sandwich. They toasted it without asking and it was not toasty but hard. And this is usually my go to place. Too many immature people working and don't know how to prepare a good meal
I ordered the bowl ...it was half full of lettuce that I did not choose. 12.00 . Prolly won't mess with it again.
First time customer. Reuben sandwich was okay but served on a sub roll. Saw the picture and was expecting the regular Reuben(with Rye, the darker the better), didn't know how to order my meal but one of the representatives showed me. It was good service and as for the food, it was okay (I didn't think when they asked me wheat or white). Overall a good experience, but self serve ordering was not what I expected.
Great food, great prices, great vibe (it's literally explained on their wall) great music, great service, and their crew is always awesome to talk with and happy. I've never seen somebody not happy in here before.Sure, you can get ***way, but if you want food that tastes better AND want to feel good while getting, come here.They even have an neat way to fill out and place your order where you fill it out on a card that is super simple, and if it gets a little confusing, they are always happy and willing to help!
