Took 25 minutes going through the drive through (night shift). Ordered the number 11 straight up with no modifications to the order, should have been the easiest to put together. After finally getting to the window I was presented with the wrong drink, reminded then what I ordered and got my coke. Got back home and found my number 11 was a bacon cheddar chicken, not burger. It's been a while since I last visited and I am reminded everytime I do, why it is to be avoided. Maybe I'll learn this time
Over all, my experience with this Wendy's has been awful in regards to customer service. This is an issue that goes back since they opened. I have tried to give them periodoc tries...and it has been the same everytime. I do not get greeting. I literally have had my food bag shoved into my window. This was the experience this week. I have given the store various opportunities, this is the last time I will go there.
The person in the drive thru line was very polite AND had a pleasant VOICE w/clear speech.Keep this "door-keeper" staffed with polished people ONLY, it makes a huge difference.
Godwin Blvd location-Night shift has the absolute worst service!! The staff including the manager. They were so rude to us this evening in the drive through that we pulled off without getting our food and decided to go elsewhere! They need customer service training that will teach them how to better interact with the public. I will be calling corporate in the morning to advise them of our experience. It’s sad! The level of stupidity is astounding. I tried to order 5 4 for 4’s. So $20 plus tax…… please tell me how that adds up to $30? So I question it and the guy says bc I wanted medium drinks. I said, no I wanted whatever drink came with it. Make it make sense.
I came to the windows on Godwin boulevard in Suffolk Virginia just to get a small Burger until I get home but when I walked in and I saw that young man putting a hamburger meat on the grill with no gloves on who does that... I walked right back out...
It's Wendy's! I like Wendy's! I don't eat McDonald's & not a big fan of BK. Breakfast - #1 Maple bacon chicken croissant. Lunch/ dinner - #10 Asiago Ranch Chicken Sandwich, Spicy. Always, always make sure to get that delicious Strawberry Lemonade!!
Good food and service.. they are obviously short handed but doing a good job of keeping up!
App service very slow, staff inattentive and lackadaisical when I arrived to pick up meal after 15 min wait. Had to go into the facility and was told drive ins have priority - POOR SERVICE!
I can't find one thing they did right. Not a single thing. We talked to 4 different people and they still screwed everything up. They were just lucky that we had just spent the last 9 hours in the emergency room with our daughter and didn't have the energy to go back. If I could give them negative stars I would.
