My experience with their breakfast special was excellent. But when they take it off special they are way over price. I know that it hard to keep a business going in these times and with no one wanting to work for a living some people are going to be able to afford your prices especially the ones that live on a fixed income. It's not just your business but all the businesses trying to make a living but they don't have to take advantage of situation. Hope you have a nice day.
This was the most disgusting and worst restaurant I've ever been in.The staff messed up our orders, the fries were cold, everything was disgustingly dirty inside the establishment, and it took forever to get our orders after we ordered them.The hallway to the bathroom had grease on it and was a slipping hazard. The bathroom was unsanitary and I could only hope the grill was cleaned properly.On another note, their drive-thru was down as well, but that happens.Everything else is unacceptable from what one would expect from Wendy's quality.
The second time in a row that I've paid for a large fry and not received it. Today is my daughter's birthday and all she wanted was fries. The kids meal fries were cold and neither of them had a toy. The lettuce was thicker than the burger and it was gross. The wait was ridiculous and this location seems to take advantage of the fact that it's very difficult to get out of and back into the parking lot so people just give up and accept whatever food they end up with. The Godwin Blvd location is almost as bad, I've waited 30 minutes and gotten to the window to see 3 people standing around talking while one person works and can't keep up. Get it together Wendy's, give me a refund or you've lost a bunch of customers.

I ordered a triple bourbon burger and I received a single bourbon online and the employee I talked to said it's not there problem and had a nasty attitude towards me I will not be going back to this location ever

No wonder this Wendys is significantly less busy than the one on Godwin. We pulled up, our order was taken. We receive our bags of food. My husband goes to ask a question and gets the window shut on him. Not a word was spoken to us at the pickup window. Then we get our food - we are missing our dipping sauce for our cold nuggets, have warm and mushy fries, and have no straw for our drink. Then my coke was flat so I couldn’t even drink it. I understand fast food is stressful and not everything is easy, but don’t work somewhere customer service based if you don’t want to provide quality service. Eating out is expensive as is. It’s sad we have to eat poor and cold quality as a result. Do better.
HORRIBLE!! Busy, Hungry contractors waiting for quick lunch- used app on phone to order, was instructed to go through drive thru, waited behind 6 cars only to be told (at speaker) to pull over and park, then the drive thru attendant yelled, across the parking lot, for me to go inside. I've now been here 15 minutes. I go in and wait ANOTHER 10 to get acknowledged!! Finally after 17 minutes, got the food and headed back to the job only to see that the order was wrong!!! The bread was hard, dry, and stale! Chicken was barely warm and burgers were soggy.... the job is only 5 minutes away from the restaurant... what exactly was I waiting for?? The food was not edible!! 4 angry and HUNGRY contractors!! I'll be contacting the corporate office... there's even a sign in the window promising "hot crispy fries guaranteed"!!! I rate them less than zero!!
Excellent service and always fast compared to McDonald’s, which literally takes 30 min just to get through. Also I don’t know their names , but keep the staff you have their on it?
Drive thru after 10pm is the worst customer service and the food was terrible I’m shocked Corporate hasn’t intervened some supervision needs to be done please
