6/10/22 @ 5:55pm ordered a kids meal get to the window and they have my total for two so when I say no it was just one. The young lady sighed loudly and shut the window and said something. I sat there for a few seconds. Instead of putting energy into fixing the issue she’d rather sigh and roll her eyes. Smh management please do better that type of attitude shouldn’t be FOH.
I've been to this location often and have always been satisfied with my order. Unfortunately this was not one of my happy visits. I love your bacon cheddar burger but this order was very soggy, bacon not done. Just a messy one. I couldn't turn back to have my order replaced. I had to get home. Hope my next visit will be better.
I purchased an Apple Pecan salad from this location and the blue cheese crumbles were spoiled (slimy and had a foul odor)
The absolute worst!! After waiting for a lengthy amount of time in the drive-through, they put frozen onion straws on my sandwich. I have 30 minutes for lunch. I called them and I could hear them saying "they are cold !" I explained that I have 30 minutes and was told to come in side.... In the pouring rain. I came in and still had to wait after going down Jefferson making a U turn at Oyster point. The cook was the manager there's noway she didn't know what she had done.
Need to work on customer service in their drive-thru set for 15 minutes waiting on the potato just for them to bring out my order cold
I tried the new hot honey chicken sw. Ehh, it was ok. It kind of upset my stomach. Think I'll stick to my norm, Asiago Ranch. ??

I want to state that the 2 stars is for the food and not the service. Went through drive thru on 1/1/2022 to grab breakfast. First time having trying the breakfast and will be my last time. I order sausage egg and cheese croissant and my husband got sausage egg and cheese biscuit. My sandwiches had no flavor whatsoever and I could not eat it all. The croissant seem to be too soggy and the sausage was a bit too sdry for me. My husband said his sandwich was edible but he too was not satisfied. Think Wendy's needs to stick to making burgers. And no your fries are not better than McDonald's.
Very satisfied customer. We went there after a terrible experience at McDonald’s and it was a breath of fresh air. We were greeted professionally, service was fast and the employees were courteous. Great job Niqa, thank you for the excellent service.
The new fries are great. The chicken sandwich was just ok.
