Food is good most days.... However, I just spent over $100 on dinner to get home and realize that multiple items are not there and the only thing that was ordered for my kids was not prepared properly. Other items were stale and inedible. They had only been closed for a few minutes when I realized this I've called over and over and over again with no answer and I'm now on my way up there hoping to salvage my family's dinner. Hopefully someone will still be there that can help.Edit: So I went back the same night.but the only guy there was the gentleman who paid for the meat filled lol main we received but received my kids veggie instead. I called the next morning as soon as they opened and was told to bring it back the next day(today) and speak with manager for refund. I get there today and the lady completely refuses to help and brushes it off on doordash.I also took pictures of how dirty it is today. I will never go back.
I’ve waited 25 minutes for an order that they’d stated was ready. I called the store number to get assistance because the restaurant is closed inside. A young girl who seemed to be around the age of 12, told me that “If I did not want to wait I could leave” Called today to speak with a manager on behalf of my experience, a guy rudely answers the phone states “The manager is not here today” and hangs up on me….. Verrrrrry upsetting and very poor customer service.

The food is very good all freshly made. The wait may take longer but it is understandable as it is not fast food. The workers are very nice. I will definitely be coming back and recommend it to others.
The food is so good. The wait time was reasonable. Everyone loved it. Def be back.
Ask for chicken on the stick gave me teriyaki chicken and rice would not refund my money or food said it’s my fault I ordered wrong from the menu I will never order from this restaurant again in life
I wasn't pleased with the food.And customer service definitely needs improvement
We came her to order pick up, they wouldn't allow us to.order at the window and we had to call so we walked back to our car and called. The first time we called we were hung up on. We called again and asked what the difference was between chow mein and low mein and she responded "their completely different " but wouldn't give any examples, so we decided on chow mein, she asked what kind and all she said was there was a menu online. Long story short, their customer service was garbage and we will not be going back.
Love the food, nice staff.. but i dont know if its covid or what but their wait times are incredibly long. I wait 40-50 minutes each time i order.Now i only come here when the other nearby restaurants are closed.
These people are really nice and the food was really good.
