We were sat within 5 minutes, which means they were not busy as we have waited 45-60 min before. Service was awful. Salad came after of main course. Had to continue to ask for thing that should have been obvious, rolls, refill on drinks, silverware. Food was not hot and when we told the manager minimal effort was made to correct our disappointment of the service and food. When we asked for the check, the waiter had issues with that as well. Had to ask for the manager again. She did nothing. It was the worst 2 hours I have ever experienced at Texas Roadhouse
The location I went to was trash. 15 minutes late on my order, dry ribs, no rolls, and a kid's meal with the side dish bigger than the main item. Horrible.
Absolute terrible service!! It had been several months since we had last been to this restaurant. On that visit we never received the appetizer we ordered. The manager gave us a gift card for a free appetizer on our next visit. So tonight we figured we would try again. As we sat down the waiter said the baker was behind and it would be a few minutes on bread . We ordered an onion petal and put our dinner order in. After 20 minutes we still didn’t have bread although the tables beside us did. Our house salads came. They only had lettuce and egg. Still no appetizer or bread. About 15 minutes later our meals showed up. I immediately asked for the manager. Her only answer was our waiter was trying his best to get us bread. Still no appetizer. I informed her this happened the last time hence the free app card we had. She left quickly and never came back and informed us through our waiter that she would take care of our meal. Still no appetizer and oh by the way I never even got a tea refill. Do not bother with this place it’s terrible!!!
Great place. Great food. Great staff. The service is excellent and the prices are reasonable. This place is a great "Go To". Well worth any wait for seating.
we eat at the Suffolk restaurant about once a month. we are both retired but love it there. it normally costs about $35 to $40 including top. our food was cooked perfectly last night and our waitress Dara was outstanding. I'm eating leftovers for lunch. yum
The wait was crazy long and we were backing out to leave when we got the message that our table was ready. Once we were seated, the waitress was friendly. We got our appetizer in a timely manner and soon after our sons kids meal was ready. He got ribs and they were fall off the bone and he loved them. The ribs were not hot nor were his fries, but hes a kid and didnt care. He said the fries were soggy though. About 25 minutes later, we got our meals. My husband's prime rib steak was not cooked as requested so they took his whole meal back and fixed it. I did not complain but my sweet potato was not hot at all; Wouldn't melt the butter I put on it even a little. My shrimp was brought out when I was almost done. My steak was cooked perfectly, but it too was cold when I got my dinner. My husband said when he got his prime rib steak back that it was cooked perfectly, hot and very juicy & delicious. I give 3 stars because we've been here before and its usually a much better experience.
We went there for our anniversary Sunday night❤?. We waited for about 35-40 minutes before we got a booth. Our waitress was very nice but she didn't wipe down the booth (table was dirty and the bench had water all over it) and she forgot our utensils. We had nothing to spread our butter with but we made it work. We just dipped our dinner rolls in the butter container ?. The food was delicious. I enjoyed every single bite of my 23oz porterhouse steak and seasoned rice.
We went as a girls night out and enjoyed it a lot! Our waitress was awesome and the steaks were delicious and tender!!!
My husband and I ended up at your door for dinner tonight. Got seated quickly which was great...then we were asked to move tables which we had no problem with. Once moved we waited and waited. Almost 30 minutes went by and another table was seated beside us. Almost immediately they were being served drinks while we had yet to even see who our server was. This was extremely disappointing because we used to visit the one in Newport News and NEVER had a problem. Very disappointing experience. I understand places are short staffed and it was busy but we should not have been given a table and then forgotten.
Our waitress, Victoria, was absolutely amazing! So attentive, sweet, and made sure all of our food served hot. She took care of my family better than any waitress we’ve ever had. The prime rib was perfectly cooked and delicious as well as our appetizers and kids meals. Couldn’t have asked for a better dinner experience from Victoria!! Highly recommend her and will be requesting her on our next visit! Thank you again for the fantastic experience and food! Keep up the good work!
