I ordered 2 breakfast burritos, they were the worst I've ever had. No filling and one tasted like cleaning solution.

I ordered nachos Bell grande and it's always been wonderful, but tonight for some reason, it was so salty, I couldn't finish it all. Very disappointed! Got one for my roommate and he said the same thing. Godwin Blvd. Location in Suffolk

Supposed to be a spicy potato soft taco. Second time they have messed up the order this way.

we ordered our food and within 10 seconds of having it in our hand the lady behind the counter basically told us to get tf out, like "is that all you need?" As she held the door open, like we were some criminals. Mind u, it was 5 guys, all over the age of 30, fresh off of work, tying to get a drink and food, and they basically acted like we were an inconvenience. Taco bell food has never been my favorite, but that lady just made it worse, I'll never go back

Ordered the Cinnabon iced coffee.. tasted terrible and looked nothing like the photo.. it was basically really watered down coffee with a tast of cinnamon on the first sip. The rest of it was watery coffee.. if they don't know how to make it just say it. Breakfast was also sad. This is sad.

Always great Mexican-inspired fast food selections. You can get tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and nachos here. They also have specialty items available. This place isn't as busy given its location. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current Covid guidelines. Recommended.

It was a uh… experience. Every single table except for 2 were filthy and caked with gunk, and the fountain machine was leaking soda all over the place to where getting a drink in itself was an acrobatic feat. We waited about 20 Minutes for food, food was fine. Service was atrocious at best and non existent at its worst. Waited forever up at the counter for a gift card for there to be nobody at all on register, despite people in the back seeing me and not doing anything about it. Furthermore, employees locked the door from the outside without saying anything, and when a customer let someone in, she yelled at the customer for opening the door for someone??? They never explained why or apologized to them and then because of that, they ended up leaving instead of ordering. Extremely unprofessional and it seems like they have no one on manager duty to keep things in line. Wasn’t even near closing time too, just 2:30 pm on a Wednesday.

I moved to Suffolk two years ago. I live about 10 minutes away from this Taco Bell and would say I frequently visit. I would say out of the 20+ times I’ve been here, they’ve gotten my order correct MAYBE 3 times. As a former Taco Bell manager I know the expectations that food should be delivered to the customer. 9 times out of 10 the potatoes are burnt or dried up from being in the heater way to long. Nacho bags are less than half full. Main entrees are slapped together and thrown out the window. I’m always waiting 15-20+ minutes for my food as well. Again 90% of the time when I make it back home to examine my food something is always missing or wrong. I’ve contacted the store on multiple occasions and the only solution I get is to come back up there and wait another 20 minutes for a replacement. (Yes, that’s a true statement.) I drove all the way back there, and was told to call them when I arrived and they’d bring me out my food. So I called and was told that they’d be out in a second. 10 minutes go by and nothing. I call again and no one knows what I’m talking about. Finally after 5 minutes on the phone the manager agrees that she told me to wait and says it’ll be right out. Another 10 or minutes pass and someone walks out and hands my food to another car. So I call again and have to wait even longer. I try to be kind and polite when addressing my issues and I always get a lackluster response or pure attitude. I’ve been handed completely wrong orders in drive through and told to reverse my car back to the window to receive the correct one. I give the benefit of doubt in most scenarios but it truly seems like this specific location just doesn’t care. They don’t care about quality. They don’t care customer satisfaction. Their goal is to get food out the window as fast as possible and go on to the next order. If possible visit the one on Main Street.

Consistently finds a way to give you something different than you order every time. This time it was the wrong kind of burritos (order summary was what I chose)
