The WORST experience ever and I was just joking with my bf that Taco Bell has been my go to in all my relationships for 20 years. The girl,cocoa was the rudest,kept brushing us off. We ordered and were trying to order more. Asked the price of a beef burrito,she says 4.19 and says drive forward. We spoke to the manager,Bryan..I now know why she had the attitude..he didn't care either. This is the most ghetto store ever. And that wasn't even the correct price of the burritos. And the tacos were soggySpoke to the day manager ...she DID care and is replacing our meal. I've been going to this taco bell for years,never had a problem. Maybe the night crew needs to be cleaned up
Fast/fresh food and very clean dining room! Would definitely recommend/return.
I used the kiosk but didn't get my senior discount. Service was good and helpful
It grows tiresome when the corporate offices remove some of your favorite item. It's also frustrating when the workers cannot get your order correct. But they do deliver on the good food.
I go here often only bad thing is on the taco bell app they don't show up it's always the other one on lynhaven. They need to get in contact with their app so I can order off my app for this store
Service is normally quick enough, but the food is poorly made most of the time.
Please leave the sign out if the lobby is closed ok that's all. Love eating here also ????
Wouldn’t take our order at the counter. Had to order at the kiosks while they stood there and watched. Not busy at all. Then a friend of theirs cam in and they took his order over the counter and had it to him before ours.
Wings on the menu but the cashier told me that they don’t sell them anymore. If you don’t want to do your job; just say that. False advertisement at its finest. Tell that cashier she need to go sit down. I ordered the quesadilla chicken combo and I didn’t get anything but the unsweet (supposed to be sweet tea) and no side. Please replace this cashier and put her on dishwashing duty. Attitude just as STANK. I need a credit for this order.
Great taco Bell had to go here because the taco Bell in Franklin had no customer service. This was the third time this has happened. They need to fix the problem in Franklin or take the sign down.
