A new issue every single time. Hour after opening in the morning? "Nobody here" while you see and hear the staff inside just hanging out. Hour before closing? "We never received your order" and they promptly cancel it. Ordered anything custom? You're getting it exactly how it comes on the menu. Management is either oblivious to how the shifts are run, or are a part of the problem here. Don't bother. It's worth the 5 minutes to drive to any other Taco Bell nearby.
Food is always cold… you get half the amount you pay for they give smaller portions vs other taco bells in the area also prices are more here too i noticed. Several times i’ve ordered a large drink and had to ask at the drive thru window for it to be full give the amount of a medium then workers get a attitude . Save your time and money
Sub average, workers do not care. Indoor seating is still shut off since covid. They also close earlier than they are listed. Recommend to go to the taco bell on western branch blvd as the service is better and 24 hours.
1st time I had a problem at this one. The times I've been here before they got a 5 star for being very nice, helpful and accurate. This time they didn't give me a utensil to eat my power bowl nor napkins. Had to go back through to get them. They said they were out of forks and spoons so I got a knife and they acted like it was my fault. Hopefully they'll be better next time
This place is horrible. The lady at the drive thru was so rude. Apparently when I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager. What is wrong with people??? So rude. My husband and I was ordering and she was talking to someone else at the same time and so we asked if she heard and she said so can I get the drink ordee first??? After she kept rushing and asking for the drink before we even finished telling her the order.
2/6 8pm.Ordered a mobile order over an hour before they closed. When we got there, all of the lights were off and we could see the employee leaving her car and walking in through the front of the store. When we went through the drive through, she said they were only accepting mobile orders and door dash orders due to being understaffed. When we told her we were a mobile order, she said they had no mobile orders in their system and couldn't look up our code. The second we drove away, got an alert that our order was canceled. It was definitely intentional and we could hear her laughing.
Theres always something with this Taco Bell! Tonight was the young lady from the drive through window. More than half of the time the order is wrong or something is missing and on top of that employees are rude and acting like they’re doing you a favor or bothered. Please Hire people that want to work on F&B Industry and take in consideration your reviews, they’re bad! This Tacobell is in a great location but everybody around has nothing but bad experiences! It’s a shame!
Ordered $28 worth of food on the app, drove there and they couldn't find my name and claimed they can'took up orders via the order #. I literally could see my order progressing on the tracker and said they were preparing my order. The manager said there was no such order. After leaving I could see much of my order being canceled or soothing to "item no longer available" . The order was being prepared which makes it impossible to cancel in the app and the management there was of no help. Quite the opposite. They really need to completely restaff or just close this location and give up. I know it was my final attempt going there and several neighbors agree.
Hours say close at 10pm but they were closed when I got there a little after 9pm. They were telling people at the drive through they were closed. Glad I ended up not getting anything because based on the other reviews this is a terrible Taco Bell.
Stopped for food before work, went to try to go through drive through. Young lady informed me it was closed and that i was able to come in and order. Placed my order at the kiosk and enjoyed talking with the gentleman and lady were so kind and polite. Dont be rude to these people running tb they are doing all they can. Thank you so much you two today.
