Good coffee and similar items. This location is slightly larger than other locations with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current Covid guidelines. Recommended.
The young man that took my order was wonderful! Kind and helpful. You don't mind patronizing an establishment like that. These people represent the business and make you not mind the expense.
would leave 0 stars if possible, literally argued with me about how they can’t make my drink that I’ve ordered the EXACT same way at least 10 other times at the Main Street location
They have plenty of people working and they had the coffee rolling out. The coffee was good and I had no issues with the cleanliness.
I love this Starbucks. The drinks they make are better than any other location I have been to.
They not only took my order . . . They took the time to answer a question and educate me for future orders.
Who ever is working on bar this morning is on point. Both my husband and I commented how good our drinks were today. Don’t get me wrong, they’re good every days but today they’re especially on point.
This location could be 5 stars if they could get their act together. It is a beautiful location, clean, and the batistas were very friendly...however they had a line in the drive-thru that wrapped around the building going nowhere fast. I opted to run in as I had a quick, 1 drink order. I waited at least 10-15 minutes for my drink to be prepared. There were 3 other customers with the same issue who came in before and after me. Not one of our drinks were fulfilled in these 10-15 minutes as the staff was focusing on mobile orders. There were 5 staff members behind the counter and only 1 making drinks. This is not okay. Some time efficiancy training could definitely be used here.
Person at window was quite pleasant, however, gave me the wrong coffee. I didn't realize until I was back on the road and unable to go back to straighten it out.
Beautiful inside and out just like the employees attitude and positive vibes. I had a perfectly made cold brew with the perfect balance of heavy cream and almond milk. The stock is organized for the cups and the tables are clean. The bathroom was nice and well cared. The best of starbucks so far I have seen this month in Virginia ❤?
