Employee acknowledged myself and walked off without taking my order leaving one person behind the counter filling orders. For the last 2 weeks been out of Venti size cups, location has been extremely slow!
Very friendly staff and quick service
I ordered a bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich, 2 cake pops and an iced sugar cookie coffee here today. The girls working took my order and filled it right away, were extremely pleasant to work with and everything came out perfectly. I will definitely come back to this location any time I am in Suffolk.

I'm literally just leaving this place after waiting in line for 10 minutes. I placed my order only to find out that are out of lemonade. When I told the girl working their they she put a sign up or let the ppl know what your out of. she just looked at me no apology. I went to look for the manager who should have been there because it was a long line. That manager name was Tara she has short reddish hair, she was dismissive and she said that they arent allow to hang a sign. That's absurd. I still ha e drive to another Starbucks. Poor service today April 16th @9:45am..
Stood and waited -no one in front of me in line. Barista didn't even acknowledge me...I have a 15 min break and needed a pick me up. I just walked away...
Went in for Veterans Day, you get a cup of coffee but you can add your favorite flavoring. SA-LUTE to All Veterans

I gave it three stars, because the top on the cup wouldn't stay on and thinking back to how the guy handed it to me, I have a feeling he knew there was a problem. As I picked it up, I spilled the hot coffee on me! Other than that, it was okay.
