I had a great experience. They were very busy but I receive my order fast and friendly.
Yummy and slower than usual as the online orders and drive through takeover are more important than walk-in traffic.But still courteous but not so quick to get on register for inside orders.They may wat to takeca look a the station doing impossible breakfast sandwiches because they are gettingvthem not so warm. slightly still refridgeration on the tongue.And maybe it isxbecause people who hate healthy things working inba coffee shop loving meat have a hatred for the impossible reality .
Lately they have messed up every. Single. Order. I have to go back in and request the drink the way I ordered online. Whether it’s ice. Foam. Or syrup it is now 5 times in a row the order was wrong. For 4.50 a cold brew, I’d expect a little better. If I have time to wait for them to correct it, usually I don’t, the coffee is good though.
The coffee is good but very overpriced for just a cup of coffee. For one coffee it's about 5-10 dollars. Not usually worth the price unless you have a gift card.
We have been coming to this location since it opened up. We have never been let down by them. Even made a life friend there many years ago. Seriously lovely staff and always ready to help you get your coffee fix.

I went through the drive thru and asked for my drink a specific way. From experience I usually have to specify and repeat the way I want drink in which I did, and after all of that my drink was not made the way I asked. I am a frequent Starbucks Patron and this was very disappointing.
Had the dragon fruit beverage and did half lemonade and half water. It was just the right mix and very refreshing.
Quick and friendly service always! This is my favorite Starbucks in Tidewater. Drinks are consistent and most items are always fresh and available.
