Used the app for curbside during the afternoon it was good. Came back that evening and used curbside again to pick up an order for my wife, it was terrible. The drive thru was light and it took 30 minutes to make my order and say it was on the way. Although my order displayed complete and on the way to my vehicle, it never arrived. I had to get out of my vehicle, get the employees attention, ask them to step outside, show them my order via the app on my phone, in which I finally received my order after approximately 40 to 45 minutes Unacceptable on every level!
Horrible service and employees don’t seem to care. I gave it one more try today and waited over 30 minutes after checking in via the app with no food, nothing from the employees, and I only saw one order come out in that time. When I requested a refund they started asking question, but never apologized. I was told to calm down and that I needed to respect them. I again asked for a refund, and the ‘manager’ walked off muttering. Once a customer asks for a refund you should just do it, not start trying to do a process improvement. Last I checked, you check in via the app for a mobile order and that’s it. This location has never been good, we have waited 20 minutes for just two drinks, and those have been messed up, order unsweetened tea and get sweet tea. We will drive to the location in Carrollton before we ever come here again.
A bit slow, I guees not enough workers. Food was just what I expected. Great job.
Short staffed as said before, the ice cream machine has been down and I finally go today and they said they can do blasts but not shakes. I order a cookie dough blast and it’s just plain ice cream all the way throughout with some cookie dough bits on top…. WHY???? Just disappointing ?
Best burger in town they cook like they care u can taste it in there food would have gave 4 stars but there food preparation time was a little longer than would've liked
Just had a cheeseburger and fries and got some nuggets for the Grandson. Was really good, meat was a bit dry - hence the 4 stars - Grandson didn't care for the nuggets but the dog loved 'em. ?
How do you have a Sonic Drive In and not staffed enough to work the drive in stalls?? I understand it could have been due to the pandemic. At that rate, management needs to bite the bullet and lace up
Once a year I want a chili cheese hot dog and onion rings. This year, they were good but needed salt.
Bacon Cheese burger toaster... NOT TOASTED!!! Tots were cold and greasy. I don't frequent Sonic but now I'll just have to stay away. I believe these guys wanted to make sure I didn't come back.
Didn't care much for the way they cook the bacon. Like it's cooked as a slab vs separate pieces. It leaves gross not crispy (under cooked imo) places all throughout the pieces. Dunno what's up with the egg but it's pretty much a sponge that turns to mush and tastes like last night's burgers. I dunno if they cook it to fast to hot or what but it's not great. It kinda amazes me honestly. I've never seen breakfast as something that needed crazy seasonings or anything but maybe a few shakes of salt would help I dunno. I do know that I'll just be avoiding breakfast here wherever I can. Honestly it kinda makes sense how everything else was slam packed and they only had one car. Drinks were good like always tho. So still stop in for tasty drinks.
