It took a half hour to get our sampler appetizer and when it did come the cheese sticks were completely hollowed out because they were over cooked. The salad bar was lacking, lettuce sitting in 2 inches of water and Rusty, baby spinach was wilted and everything else just looked bad.
2 waiters, 1 cook. Sold us queso without having enough chips and couldn't make any other chips because they are understaffed. Salad bar missing many items that weren't refilled. Service taking forever. I'm still here waiting on food. Very understaffed and it's not their fault but damn... they need to get some management in here or it's gonna go downhill fast. Update. Shrimp Pene pasta thing was disgusting and the grilled chicken sandwich was meh. I don't recommend anything other than a salad.. if they have it stocked.
This restaurant always seems to be slow when I go pass it. I stopped in to have brunch with a friend, around opening time ( about 11a.m.) The servers and staff we could see were friendly and greeted us. We were seated immediately and very soon after our drinks and appetizers were served. The tables were clean and our seat in a booth was comfy. My meal was yummy! Our server, Jan, was very attentive. In all we had a great experience .
Terrible experience. First it took over 10 minutes to bring out drinks and even longer to take a food order. There were at max 5 tables seated. They had no ranch for the salad bar, steak and burgers were cooked well done when asked to cook med-rare and medium. Another trip for condiments, ketchup, mustard and sour cream took another ten minutes (not exaggerated) and after asking if we needed anything else instead of getting what we had asked for our waitress stopped at two tables and chatted! Beyond a bad experience, extremely slow service.
I pulled up called the number for take out several times nobody picked up. Got out truck went to To GO order door. Opened door 2 staff sitting right there not on break just sitting n talking. My food was sitting on the counter. The staff was very friendly and one of the ladies it was her first day. Overall very nice place to go n dine in or pickup your order. Also the manager was very professional. They made me feel welcomed. I would if gave 5 stars.
Called in an order. Spoke to Laura K to place the order. Got home to find the order was incorrect. Call the restaurant and nice gentleman offered to correct the issue and get the manager on the line. Waited on hold for over 25 minutes for someone to come to the phone only to be told the manager not available and we "should" get a call tomorrow if not we should call. What?! This was our 2nd time giving this place a chance and both times we've been unimpressed.
Terrible experience ordering online. Do not pay online! They do not let you know items are not available. It was only after going to pick up my food that I found out 2 out of the five entrees were not available. A simple call would have been nice! Couldn't even cancel my order becsuse they can't refund orders paid for online. I have to call customer service! Won't be back again!!!
Lol, please excuse my son's demolition of the Hickory Bourbon Salmon. he was too impatient to eat to let me get a nice photo. The service was good, the food delicious. The salad bar was maintained and fresh.
I love this place and their Salad Bar is something every restaurant should invest in. Not sure why so many locations close. They should stay open later like Applebee's or TGIF. I think having a salad bar choice after the club or concert will be a great option for anyone wanting to stay on their diet or eat organic.
It was not busy. But I could tell they were short staffed. Salad bar was well stocked, fresh and delicious. My sirloin came out first and was perfect. But, that is where the good ended. It took 15 more minutes before the other 4 meals came out. 3 of the ribeyes were very thin and over cooked. We didn't want to wait again so they were eaten. I like Ruby Tuesday and will go back. Hopefully they will find some better kitchen staff. Our waitress did a wonderful job and was generously tipped.
