This location operates Libby’s BBQ in suffolk, they deliver via door dash. This review is for that operation.I am a small business owner. I would never leave a customer out to dry like this restaurant did.We received about a quarter of the food we ordered. (Potentially taken by the driver) When I called the restaurant, we got a “we really can’t help you, we did everything right, you’ll have to contact door dash.”What food we did receive was good, so at least there is that. That’s why it’s a two-star review.I do understand that there is a certain way that restaurants have to operate when they offer doordash, but there should be a way to work it out with them directly.
I took my Wife and Mother-n-Law there for Mother’s Day. We ordered coconut shrimp and mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. The mozzarella sticks came with no cheese on the inside! We brought this to the Waiter’s attention and he brought us another order out. They were the same! The entrees were ok, except for my for Son’s macaroni and cheese. The pasta was hard and worse, the cheese was only particularly spread throughout the pasta. I swear this place is either understaffed or mis-operated. They absolutely ruin my Day with my Wife and Mother-n-Law!

Sonya was an amazing and sweet waitress! Super attentive and took care of our family! I enjoyed visiting with her. The food was great and came out quickly. As always the salad bar was amazing!
Had a great server !ND quick attentive service. Food taste judge on heat of food when comes to your table, cleanliness or restrooms, and attentiveness of serve. I would give it a 3 but the server was attentive nice polite and attentive. Quick! And corrected order mistakes promptly. New Menu and great prices on specials on certain days so I hope they uphold standards as advertised in menu.
I used to love this Ruby Tuesday but these last few experiences have been horrible, this one the worst. The macaroni and cheese I ordered tasted like spicy Alfredo and someone just placed a slice cheese on it. Either way whoever cooked this afternoon should just be fired seriously. Wasted money.
The reason I rated it a 3 is because the floor had dirty gloves under our table. Plus the food was good but our chicken tenders were burned so we wasted some money on our trio.
we had a part of 14 and when I say Ms. Tiffin did her thing... best waitress ever she didn't even let our drinks get half emptied... sheave up for my broccoli being cold by just being the person she is... she cares about her customers
I came back to give an updated review after having a tasty experience with my drink Dakota fixed me and wonderful server experience Brandon gave!!! I don't know when they came on board to this location but they both are a great asset to the team and I hope they are treated as such. I should have also asked whom the cooks were Tuesday night (2/8/22) b/c my ribs and loaded cheese fries were smacking!!! After a long day at work it was all worth it, Thanks you guys and I will return for sure.
They have no care for takeout here I guess they figure once you pickup you won't be back. Sauce cups upside down. Sour cream for the potato spilled all over sides and main course. But hey the employees got to socialize with each other at least.
