THE BEST FOOD I EVER HAD!!! I seriously don’t understand how they get it EVERY TIME! Get this, every time I get fry’s every bite has a crunch! 10 out of ten! Will eat here again
Went to this Rally’s yesterday which was Saturday placed our order I ordered Diet Coke got sweet tea instead burgers dry as a bone they were cold fries hard as a brick they were cold tasted horrible worst meal ever spent 18.00 waste of my money will not be going back No one listens when u place order just bad experience money to tight waste it on horrible good very dissatisfied ?♀️?♀️?♀️?
We spent a little over 40$ for "fast" food so that we could have a quick, easy meal and get home quicker because it's getting late tonight. We have now set here for 42 minutes and only have part of our meal. The food we do have will be cold by the time the missing food is ready.
I Love the apple pies but some reason they never have any cook they either tell you they out of pies or they have to cook some and it's a 8 minute wait.
Definitely has gone down hill from how I remembered Rally's to be in my childhood. I ordered a baconzilla, chili dog, mozzarella sticks, funnel cake fries, a large fries (which I presume never got entered since it's not reflected on my receipt), and a large chocolate shake. I remember the shakes being good when I was a kid and probably the best around. Now it's lackluster. Hardly any chocolate to the shake. The worst part is my baconzilla had a stand of hair intertwined with the bacon! I literally lifted the bacon up by the hair strand tangled up in it. I didn't notice it until I was about half way done with the burger and started peeling the foil off completely.
The driver thru order microphone system wasn’t working, not a big deal in itself, but put a sign out front so people know they’re about to be trapped in line for who knows how long.When I get to the window the kid looks at me and doesn’t say a word. So I say I guess you’re taking orders here? I could barely understand him but he finally confirmed that yes he’s taking orders there. So I order and he hands me my drink and I say, oh, what size it that big cup? He says large. I say, I ordered large, and he straight tells me “no you didn’t” you only ordered large fries. So I recap the order for him and he just replies with, please pull forward.After reading other reviews I am not surprised at my experience and will not be returning to this store again. Extremely unprofessional and it appears management knows and still does nothing about it, which makes them more to blame than the people working there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RALLY’S!!!
HAD to share that the group working in there today were the nicest, most respectful, enjoyable people I have encountered in ANY food establishment in a very long time.
Fresh fries ... Burgers were fresh but would like to see better quality patties ... Good however.
The lobby wasn’t opened on time. The gentleman who worked there opened the door for us as if they assumed no one would come in to eat. The floor was super filthy and NONE of the tables were clean. My spouse had to clean off a table and booth seating for us. The food was not made with any care. I noticed one of the workers starting to halfway clean the tables and chairs with ONE sanitation wipe! She used it for about 5 tables. The bathroom floor was slippery you could do figure 8’s in it. It also wasn’t cleaned. The whole restaurant need a deep cleaning. I will not return here to eat ever! However the WAWAs down the street was immaculate!!
The service was okay that's not the issue I had the issue I had was with the food it was poorly put together and the burgers looked like they had been smooshed honestly the food looked unappetizing and coming from a not so picky person thats bad it was to the point that I wouldn't even give my dog the food the service was good when I asked for a refund though there was no fuss or hassle they were pleasant and nonchalant granted im not a rude person I work in a deli so I know how it is but again this isn't a fast food restaurant I would recommend going to sorry not sorry was not a pleasant experience as far as the food goes
