Great experience today. The food was amazing. The waitress was awesome. Love this place.
This was my first time at Quad's. The restaurant is clean. The seating can accommodate 2-4 ppl. They have a outside eating area with the same seating accommodations. The staff were friendly. The service, food and drinks were good as well. They have alot of menu items to choose from. I would say most may think the alcoholic drink menu is limited. All in all, we had a good time. I will upload pics on the next trip
The food is delicious. The chicken in the quesadilla had lots of flavor. The quesadilla was filled . The red salsa is not watery or chunky. It’s the perfect consistency, with the correct amount of heat. The food was hot. The service was excellent. It’s the best Mexican food around!
I had the Burritos Mexicanos and fried ice cream for dessert. The burrito was filling and delicious. My servers were nice and offered just the right amount of attentiveness. I just wish the shell on the fried ice cream was a little crunchier. But still worth 5 stars.

First time trying this new area of Guads, it was horrible!! The food was cold, the sauce on meal tasted like a can of Spaghetti o's, the beans had a sour taste.
There are at least 3 variations of this restaurant in Suffolk now. This location gets very busy at noon which may help explain the largely absent service. Mexican restaurants, like Chinese, have a huge menu and the menu here was even larger than normal. There are better local options.
Visiting friends in the area and they recommended we go to lunch ere. JC Gomez was our server and he got seated with menus. Our entrees were the Lunch Burrito Deluxe, Vege Chili Rellenos and the Lunch Fajitas. The portions are large and flavorful. My chili rellenos were good but not freshly fried and smothered in sauce. A family style local restaurant and indoor seating.
Where else can you get a 3 item combo for $10.99? Or combo beef and chicken fajitas for 12.99? It's very unusual, but if anything, they had too many employees seeing to our needs! The service was so fast, we were shocked. The only reason the restaurant didn't get 5 stars is because the chalupa was really just a tostada and the deep fried ice cream corn flakes were chewy.
The best mexican food and friendliest staff in the area. Highly recommend. We eat here weekly. Nothing negative to say. Everything on the menu is good.
