hardly any cheese on my cheese sticks wish I got a refund
Food was delivered hot and was great, as always. Of particular note was the young woman w ho made the delivery - she was exceptional! I think her name was Christy.
The food on my recent visit was over cooked and barely any sauce on either pizza. If it wasn’t for starving and a toddler and newborn at home, I would have brought it back to the store. There seems to always be a problem with this location no matter how busy or slow they are. Definitely tasted like I was eating two day old pizza.
I selected "curbside pickup" and followed the instructions posted on the store window. Employees refused to drop off my pizza to my car. After waiting 35min for an associate to bring my pizza to me as I selected I decided to go in and pick up my pizza myself. Upon entering the store I saw the kitchen area were very insanitary. Pizza pans were being stored on top of boxes, the floor were a mess, the associates cooking the pizza were not wearing gloves, facemask or hair covering. One associate had his pants sagging with his underwear exposed while cooking the pizza. This pizza hut is very poorly managed.
Ordered on line and waited 15 mins after the delivery time to call and find out where the pizza was just to find out that there was no delivery driver. Then said oh we tried to call mean while there is no messaged or calls made to my phone. Reordered the pizza came to pick it up after they said 20 min still had to wait and extra 30 mins almost a whole hr. This place always has issues and problems!!!
My pizza was left outside by the driver. He never knocked to let us know he dropped it off and I have no idea how long it sat in the cold but my food was so cold you would think it was left I’m the refrigerator over night. This is completely unacceptable, I paid 45 for food so cold it was disgusting, I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut every Shaun which is a shame as they are the only place that delivered to my house??
I understand the resurant was busy and it took over an hour and half to get my pizza. After I recived them, the stuffed crustdough was super tuff almost like rubber. Also the pan pizza I paid extra for was now pan it was hand tossed. I also asked for extra sauce and a cheese shaker and did not get EITHER.For over $40 I was not satisfied with my order.
I received an incorrect pizza with my order. I did a coupon for a specialty and a 1 piece. I did this coupon twice and my husband picked up our pizzas and didn’t reAlize. I had a party at my house so once I could I tried to call and sat on hold for a while and had to go. Disappointed that my order was not as it was supposed to be and I got a cheaper pizza when I paid for more expensive
Our pizza was undercooked. The pepperoni was tossed on top and not cooked into the cheese. The cheese sticks were also very doughy. Seemed like they took the pizzas out of the oven too early. Very disappointed being that we order from this store all the time.
Delivery was slow, and the pizza was wrong. Ordered online, so there was no communication error. If there was anywhere else that delivered to my address and pizza hut is not impressive food to begin with.
