I grew up with a love of Papa John's pizza. I believe IF the formula for making it is repeated, and not deviated from, you can't go wrong, but the art of deviation has been mastered! I am now forced to enjoy my memories of what Papa John's USED to taste like.?? So disappointing.
I ordered on my app. Thin crust with LITE sauce pepperoni and mushrooms. They put extra extra sauce. Can’t even eat it. Too frustrated to take it back.
I always order pizza from here and it's always on time. Today, I ordered my pizza for my family at 1130, it is now after 1pm and I still have not received my pizza. On a Wednesday not even the weekend. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY HERE, ITS TERRIBLE.
Don't waste your time with this place. They took our order and then called back 15 minutes later saying they dont deliver after 430...
Super busy, and still got out pizza and extra items out on time, hot and fresh. Tried ordering pizza hut and that was a disaster to say the least. Should have gone here first, the people were friendly and professional. Can't say enough good things about my families experience here...
Pizza was not made correctly and front person did even acknowledge I was there through 3 rounds of putting labels on boxes.
This location young Caucasian lady took my order face to face agreed to fix my large pizza with ham and bacon sofar as meats took my $16.75 and clearly did not add the bacon. Don't trust them mistake or no mistake. I was the only walkin customer and they messed up the order with little ham on it also. Glad Pizza Hut is opening very soon 3 blocks away.
I think I order so many times from this location they know who I am when I walk in lol but I always get good service and pizza!
Not the papa johns I remember. I ordered 2 pizza. Meat lovers hade 2 inches of crust not much toppings. Veggie lovers had 4 mushrooms very littel toppings l not wasting my money on that place
I ordered veggie pizza and pizza has meat on it when I called to store Manager told he make veggie pizza and deliver as asap. I wait for that pizza almost hour and pizza it's not hot and it's not cut properly...Store manager it's not get attention to it....I request manager give me refund to whole my order....
