I've been buying my fav food here for a bit now, which is Chipotle chicken / avocado sandwich. Today at 6pm I ordered 2 sandwiches in the drive-thru and left. Found out the chicken was partial raw on both sandwiches. Went inside to get a new sandwich and the lady there was nice but the "manager", Kayvon, gave me that life less customer service treatment. Now, his approach is horrible for a manager.I told the lady about the situation, then I told Kayvon that the chicken was raw. He goes and say that the chicken was already processed and cooked before it came to them, so it's not on them.. I get that. I was all calm and collected..This guy asked me if I wanted a refund or a new order. I told him nicely that I want my sandwich remade. He said, "well, if you getting a new sandwich the next one gonna be the same", well I get my sandwiches here all the time and it's not like that all the time. He could've just said that he'd make sure that its all fully cooked?Seriously.. PINK / SLIMY CHICKEN = RAW. Attention to details.. smh. Anyways, Laura is supposed to be the general manager. I'll call to report this to her in the morning because what I got from what Kayvon said, eating a raw chicken from Panera is a NORM. Is that right?Anyways, have a good day.6/2/22 - Update.Ok, so yesterday, I was complaining about the manager, Kayvon, but seriously...I left the 2nd sandwich I bought for breakfast from yesterday after a retake of my order and surprise, surprise.....the chicken was RAW!!! AGAIN!!!I was dmb and tried the chicken thinking maybe it's not raw, maybe it was from the bell pepper or whatever that red veggie is...NOPE!!! DISGUSTING!!! RAW CHICKEN ON MY SANDWICH AGAIN?!!!!I've been getting my sandwiches usually in the morning and it's usually fresh/amazing. That one time I buy in the afternoon and it's raw chicken with blacked out avocado?!I cannot....

I did a catering order here the first week of May 2022 for 80 people. this was my first time. I ordered online and and did a la carte as some of the bundles offered was more than what we needed as well as out of our budget. My order was ready at the estimated time. The manager greeted me 8:00 in the morning with s big smile and super energy! I need to have what she had for breakfast. The items were packaged and ready to go when I got there. Another associate helped us take the items to the car and he was delightful as well. For the a little under $200 I literally had "catering in a box" lol (someone is going to patent that phrase). In addition to getting the order perfect, there were napkins, sweeteners, stirrers, cups, tops, cup holders, TONGS....yes there were plastic disposable tongs in the bag!!!! I think there were small plated in there as well. I have done a lot of breakfast orders at different places but Panera definitely understood the assignment!

I order salads for delivery from this place and they keep giving me the wrong dressings. I’ve even called the manager and he said he will have a word with his “new” staff about paying attention to details. 3 days later I order the same salad and even put in the order comments to get the dressings correct! Still the same issue! WRONG DRESSING. guess I’ll start going to chill fil a for a salad instead because it’s their pleasure to serve!

Very clean place with a friendly and helpful staff. My mother has dietary restrictions and she was ordered a salad with dressing on it that contained ingredients she cannot have. The staff there found out what was in the dressing and replaced her salad without a single issue. My food was really good and so was the rest of my family's. It was a much needed good experience.

Although the food at Panera Bread is delicious I have CONSISTENTLY received the wrong order when visiting this specific Panera bread especially in the morning. Even when politely getting who's ringing up my food to repeat what i asked for I have found that time and time again my order is wrong. All i ask for is no cheese and its very disappointing to have to keep experiencing the wrong order over and over again.

Sitting in the drive thru and the drive thru cashier has the best customer service I have experienced in such a long time not only in a drive thru but in our society as a whole. We live in a world where people do not value or treat one another with kindness and a smile anymore. I am a nurse and job got off of a rough day at work and this young lady made my day so much better. I have never experienced being so okay with someone not having something I wanted before lol. Thank you RILEY for your smile and bubbly attitude not only at a long end of my day but of yours as well.

Very nice Panera. We are always welcomed there and it has become our hang out for our D group. Food is typical, but it is very clean and the employees are awesome!

Food was decent, not a thing wrong with it... but for the price I feel like I should have been blown away by deliciousness. 40 bucks for 2 people is ridiculous at a chain restaurant where there aren't even servers.

I called to place a phone order as i have done so many times sibce Covid. O was told by Caitlyn that they do not take phone orders, i would have to plCe my order online. Clearly she dis not want to do her job!! I haveplaced many orders via telephone. They might get it wrong it's a hit or miss. So when did Panera stop taking phone orders?

My wife had cheddar broccoli soup, I had the new flat bread pizza. Both very good. Crust was a little burnt but nothing that wasn't edible.
