I have to admit Panera salads are very good and filling and good for those that are calorie conscious. Their cinnamon crunch bagels are to die for and their bakery items are generally good. However, the Panera's I go to never fill their hazelnut coffee urn, the decaf is usually stale or burnt, they never check their cream containers to see if they are filled and aside from Cinnamon Crunch and Asiago Cheese bagels their bagels taste like cardboard. C'mon Panera, do a better job. I know you can!
Excellent meals for the three of us. My vegan sister-in-law found a wonderful meal, I had their breadbowl of soup, and my husband had what he considers the best mac and cheese.I had the idea to get a bowl of soup to go to finish the breadbowl.The lady behind the counter ran around the kitchen to make sure we had a large enough container for left-over salad, a plastic bag for the breadbowl, and a well-sealed container for the second soup.She went above and beyond what I or anyone else would expect.
Disappointed I ordered two Baja Bowls without meat and both had meat. Tried to call 3 times to let someone know. Pressed the number 5 option and the phone rings forever and eventually hangs up.
Not enough food for the money, the service is good most of time, had to take back several times cold , cold food. Don't mind paying but want a hot meal N no kid sides. Would have rated 2.5, service good to go home go back to store go in talk to manager she states (call first)ok got my hot meal.
Shot out to the manager, really nice lady! We had an issue with the online app and she went above and beyond to get the order out. Thank you to her and her team.
The watered down coffee ruins my morning. Here is a photo example of the see through coffee they serve and call it dark roast. You shouldn’t be able to see my coffee stirrer through the coffee , it’s watered down and not real coffee. If you drop creamer in it the whole cup of drink turns pale and tastes like hot creamer
Not sure what transpired this morning at this particular location. Service was terrible the lady at POS with curly hair brown with highlights about 5'8" can't give you a name because there were no name tag. She look miserable her customer service skills are -10, no smile, no hello, no welcome, no good morning very disappointed. Food was good but also at the pick up counter ut seems that they had an attitude. This is sad because service is what atract guests. I came back today because the service I got the last time with a older lady very sweet. Not sure if I want to come spend my $ here again. Tell your employees that a smile goes along way and you get more in return if you are nice and polite.
I went inside and ordered and I used the kiosk to order due to not really knowing what I wanted. I like that they have a soup sandwich or salad deals. I ordered my food and went to wait for it. I didn't have much interaction with any staff. the one I did seemed very busy and in the zone, which id rather see anyday. I read alot of negative comments about attitudes and not very friendly. I didn't see that they were unfriendly just more into getting the job done. This location is very busy be patient..... overall food quality good and I would recommend this location
Great place to eat. Only thing, I ordered a plain, toasted bagel, and had to pay a 1.25 for cream cheese. I think at least one condiment should be offered with your order.
Me and my family wanted a nice Sunday meal. And what better place to go then here. And I'm glad we did. It was totally awesome from the beginning to the end. The young man was new and was very patient and kind with all 4 of us.? We didn't know what we wanted. Our food came fast hot and goooood. This Panera was also super clean. And the crew clean as the evening went on. There was also teamwork in the building. Thanks for all yall do. I appreciate the kindness and hard work at a time like this. P.s. Jamal the manger was super kind and nice too. He went and got me my favorite from the freezer A Crumb cake He bagged it came got my money and brought it to the table. Love that.Thanks again Panera.?
