We normally love Moe’s because everyone in my family can find something to eat. And we use the order ahead to make eating on the road easy ( we travel with a dog so doing pick up when it is warm outside is vital). Our experience at the Suffolk store was not like our other experiences.1. At pick up I asked if napkins and utensils were already placed in our bags. I was told yes but that was not the case. Luckily I found some extra utensils and napkins after scrounging around in my car for them.2. I put names on each of our orders because we have vegetarians in the family. While the bowls were labeled, the burritos were not which forced me to un-roll and pick through the contents to find which one contained meat. All this while juggling the 6 bags I was given while I am riding as a passenger in a car.3. Not all of the chips were cooked. In one bag (the only one we have eaten so far) the chips were chewy. Gross.4. One burrito was ordered with steak. At this point half the burrito has been eaten and only 2 bites have had steak in them.This is not the normal service or quality we experience, which tells me it is this particular location.
Staff was very friendly. As usual food is filling and reasonably priced. I come here every drill weekend for lunch. Highly recommend.

My first time there and I got greeted with such an energized welcome. The workers were greatly accommodating. The good was amazing. I made my own bowl up. And OMG the queso dip was so good, I added it to my bowl. Thank you for a great experience as a first time customer. Highly Recommending!!!
I love Moe's but this location isn't a good one. I ordered a meal kit with an extra cup of queso and they forgot to put queso at all. They do not put as much meat as other locations and the salsa was not fresh. I recommend ordering from a different location.
Chaos! Needed cleaning behind counter and in dining area. The food pans looked as though some of the food had been sitting there all day. Plenty of employees, but few doing anything besides chatting. Would not visit this location again.
The steak in my burrito was extremely salty. The food was sub par for the price and the employees seemed distracted. I had to repeat myself several times.
Understaffed and over worked, but they performed well! One lady literally ordered over 10 bowls and burritos with only 3 people working the front. This backed them up on the 5 online orders, plus another 8 customers in line. The pregnant lady (who looked to be in her 3rd trimester) handled the register well and was very friendly even though you could see the stress getting to her. There seemed to be two newer people working, but one guy in the front took charge and got things rolling. Everyone was so friendly, patient, and apologetic... All whole executing amazing food that was fresh and hot. This was my first time visiting ANY Moe's, and I hope to see that teamwork and great customer service everywhere. The food had amazing portions, despite some reviews saying otherwise? I'm 260lbs and I was full with the chips and the homewrecker bowl!
Good food - orders always right. Very friendly staff. Only small issue is they need to bring back the Jello wrassalin and private dances like when they first opened.
GREAT customer service, friendly and helpful. I've never been to any place in Suffolk that I can say that about except Moe's. I was surprised and impressed.
