It's fast food. They're swamped & obviously doing best they can in terms of accuracy & speed. It's actually the other customers who are the problem!! I'd would have thought people would be more understanding since the pandemic & all the hiring woes. I WAS WRONG! Entitled people are just making poor employees of this business miserable. ? It really appears that there are a few people who act in an absolutely unacceptable, rude, & selfish manner. Observed 1 woman who repeatedly huffed, rolled her eyes, & muttered things I can't repeat here. Her food was ready in 3 min 20 sec ... I couldn't help looking at my watch. PLEASE don't take frustrations regarding understaffed businesses on the employees ? They showed up today & every day to do their jobs & situations lacking staffing is NOT the fault of said employees. THANK YOU for feeding us!
37 minutes in the drive thru. Dining room was closed. Two land dried thru but only one lane open. Was asked to pull up and we will bring it to you and they did. 12 minutes after I pulled up.
Store is open but doors are locked. Despite being a customer couldn't use restroom. No signs on the doors to warm you the building is closed. Only thing open is the drive through.Fries were cold, burger was barely warm. Terrible would not go back.
I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes to order. I waited another 15 minutes without moving, when the next car moved I did not even bother to wait another 15 minutes per car in front of myself (5 other cars).
Get it together guys! I don't mind the long waits but... BBQ sauce is not what I wanted. It seems like you have a surplus of it!!! 3rd time this month I ask for sweet and sour and I get lip from my kids for getting them the wrong sauce.
Very nice location with a considerable & variety amount of seating.
Slow drivethru and sandwiches look as if someone sat on them before they were out in my bag. Area that the public can SEE thru the driver-thru window is TERRIBLY dirty and cluttered, makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. Won't be going back. Wish I would had taken pictures
I brought my daughter to this McDonald's to get ice cream. There was metal in it. I have been calling to speak management since 6:00pm est. the number is always busy. It is now 11:35 pm. And I have been unsuccessful with reaching someone. I have emailed and called the corporate line and I have not gotten a response. I have pictures. This metal cut my daughter's lip
Less than stellar service. We ordered four happy meals, two with apples and two with fries, and all four came with fries. Our fries were only about half full. I ordered a half sweet and half unsweetened tea, and got an all sweet tea. And you see the picture of my wife’s burger.Food was hot, service was decently fast, that’s why it’s a three star and not less.
I don't want to sound like I'm beating them up and I will say that the last few times I've been to this McDonald's the person taking orders in the drive threw has been polite and efficient...butttt how are you gunna ask what dipping sauce I wa t then not give me any? This happens every time...I also have had several issues where my order has been messed up, getting single 1/4 pounder instead of double and such..also they really don't like to give you straws either
