Absolutely horrible. Waited 30 minutes patiently for my curbside pick up order before I called them to ask if it had been forgotten. They rudely told me they were short handed and not offering car delivery so i needed to come in and pick it up as I watched several employees come in to work and several more take cigarette breaks by the door. The app suggested the curbside delivery and since my young kids were with me that's the only reason I went. I canceled the order. It's bee 4 days no refund still.
This McDonald's can't ever seem to get my order right, from a double cheeseburger instead of a quarter pounder to never getting any sauce or the drink I asked for this place sucks and with the price raise and pay raise you'd think quality would improve also but I guess not ????????? Makes no since last time I waste my money here don't even waste your time coming out to this location not worth the gas especially now.
Slow service and confrontational staff. Floors were dangerously slippery. My McDonald's app wouldn't work in the store; don't know whose fault that would be though. Perhaps these things made my opinion bias but even the food tasted sub-par. Avoid this store, there are better choices down the road!
I've currently been sitting in the drive thru for over an hour. I'm still not at the window and there's at least five employees in there doing....nothing? No one is in uniform, no one cares, rude....I could go on forever about how truly awful this location is. Can't wait to pay full price for an order that's going to be cold and wrong.Update - paid full price, food ice cold - the fries could break someone's tooth, my burgers are wrong and my drink has no ice/is flat from (I'm assuming) sitting there for so long. This location really needs to just shut down.
Agree with other reviews. Stopped in at 6:10 am (they are supposed to open at 6), lights off, etc. Walked in and asked if they were open, no one would answer. When one employee asked another, they wouldn't answer each other. Turns out the "inside is closed". I asked "all the time, or will it open later?" And the answer was "until they get people". Everyone looked utterly miserable.
This place sucks, they did not give me all my food, they have me the wrong size meals, and they refused to fix it and that was in the drive through. Not worth the time or money. Should be negative 5 stars.
I Ordered 3 $3.50 bundles and a mc double the lady said $14.28 when I pulled up to the window another lady said it came up to $16.57 so I asked for a receipt the girl in the drive thru gets all nasty so I park and go back to talk to the manager she said there was nothing she could do twice before telling me it's only a $1.26 difference. When it's clearly a $2.54 difference. Keep it and hope it helps both of them get further in life.
There was a 15 car line for drive through, so I went into lobby to order. There was not enough help, and no one came to take my order for 10 minutes. I left and got a better meal without any wait at Wendys down the street.
Ordered on the app. Apparently they were out of the drinks we ordered, so instead of telling us or refunding us or doing literally anything, They just said they delivered the order out to curbside when they didn't. So we went in, they gave us something completely random and didn't refund us. Most incompetent Staff I've ever encountered. I've worked a ton of retail and fast food, so I know things get busy. But this was so unacceptable and lazy and unprofessional. Do NOT go here. The incompetence is too much. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Corporate needs to find out who worked at this location between 1015pm and 1045pm on December 5, 2021 so they can fire the entire staff. I ordered my meal online through the McDonald's app by 1015pm and showed up before 1030pm and the confused slob that showed up to the window said they were closing at 1030 after it took him a couple minutes to figure out how to open the drive thru window. This is sad. The website states it's open until midnight, but the the app at least states its open until 11pm. This is not the first time this location has pulled something like this. The staff at this location is completely lazy and straight incompetent. I will never be visiting this location again.
