Waitress very attentive. Food was bland. Drinks were okay but very small for 22 ounces.
The food was very good and fast and fresh, by the time we ordered our drinks the food came out piping hot. I ordered the carne de asada . The steak was seasoned perfectly with just the right amount of grilled onions. The burrito is covered in this bomb cheese sauce. The salad on the side included shredded lettuce tomatoes and sour cream with refried beans. Let's get to the service we had two different waiters, I think there was a language barrier but he was very nice and handed us the complimentary chips and dip . Then he was replaced by a waitress, she was ok but not very attentive , we were sitting outside a gust of wind blew all of our napkins off of the table , our waitress picked them up , left and never asked if we needed more napkins or drinks, I definitely wanted another Midnight Margarita, maybe I didn't need it .... We didn't see her again Until she asked if we were ready to check out, I told her we would be ready in a little while , she sat the bill on the table and came back quickly to ask if we were ready again , we felt slightly rushed. There was a man that kept checking on us before all of this ,making sure we were ok,he had excellent customer service, I just kept using my one napkin while waiting for our waitress to return, and he's the reason I'm giving 5 stars because he was cute and attentive and the food/drinks were awesome . So yes I'd recommend going here but stay on your waitress.
Ok, but the fajitas lacked seasoning and the chicken and steak scraps were less than desirable. The chips and salsa were tasty…as was the fried ice cream. The customer service was adequate.
This is our second time dining with La Parrilla. The first time we got to-go food and it was delicious. We went to dine in this evening and our service was horrible. The waiter was not very attentive. We had to ask the manager for refills and for more chips. The manager was very nice and apologetic, but our waiter could care less. We were in the middle of asking him for to go containers and he didn’t even let us finish our statement before walking away which was extremely rude. Coming from someone that worked in a Mexican restaurant for 8 years, I’m a great tipper and reward great service, but this waiter is lucky he even received a tip.

My favorite Mexican Restaurant in the Suffolk area. My go to meal is the Chori Steak platter with a peach Margarita. Friendly and professional staff. Food comes out quickly and hot!!

Good food. I went there and found they had California fries. Basically carne asada fries from California. They let me specialize it with what I wanted and it was amazing.
The interior of the restaurant itself is noticeably beautiful with soft music playing giving it a relaxing vibe. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable with service being prompt as you enter. Food was delicious, reasonably priced, and had a quick turn around from order to table. Everything came out perfectly with no mistakes.Would definitely bring a date here or just have a nice family night as well. Bottle beer is between 3-3.50 a bottle and as mentioned above Everything is reasonably priced.
