Don't go there with a party of 6 or more with the expectation that you will all be sitting together. They haven't figured that part of restaurant service out yet. Food is very good, though.
Typical sports bar atmosphere with good food! This would be the ideal spot for football season! There are big screen TVs all around, so you won't miss any plays or any games. The staff is very friendly and our server was terrific in consistently making sure we got what we needed. The Philly Cheese Steak Roll was delicious and so was the grilled Sweet Thai Chile wings. Lastly, you can't beat the $3.25 all pint drinks!!
Had this been my first time, I would not have returned. First visit was cool - no problems. Second, and LAST time around, just uninspiring. Wings were TINY and soggy. Wonder what pigeon they came from. When I informed the manager, he smiled and commented, “We don’t grow them.” Waitress was curt and seemed to be bothered with having to serve us throughout the evening. Along with this, the fries were soggy and bland. Two visits in one - second and LAST.
Very good Flounder, and scrimp! Nice to have another option, that's better than most places. TVs everywhere, I can't complain. Our drinks were on point. Very good tonight! I hope the next time is as good. Good Staff, and Mgmt here.Well done! Especially during this time.Thanks !!
I went for dinner and a drink with my husband. Great and very attentive service. Drinks are delicious and service is even better. My side ceasar didn’t come out with our meal but our server noticed it immediately once food runners brought the food to the table. My salad was ready within 1 minute. Thank you, we will definitely be back soon:)
Kickback Jacks was not the best. A group of 12 of us went and they split us so far apart when it was an empty table next to each other. The manager was not accommodating at all. We even asked to wait and move closer but no. Then both tables had wrong food. The steak was hard and dry, the fries were pieces, the egg rolls were sitting in grease. Again, the manager was not apologetic he just asked if she wanted something else. No checks were offered discounts. Just terrible experience. We won't be back.
My first time eating in this restaurant ! Alec or Alexis the manager on duty wasn't very friendly. I am 71 yrs old I requested a booth than a hard ass high chair! However It was graduation dinner nothing else was really opened! No other choice! Later I saw a group sitting in the booth! Poor management skills! May I say didn't give a dam!!!
The food was not very good. The kid’s pizza tasted bland, the fish and chips was mediocre. The wings and firecracker shrimp were the only good dishes we had. Our server was a bit slow as well. This was our first visit and we were not impressed.
Starting with the appetizer the spinach dip was great I wasn’t impressed with the tortilla chips it tasted stale we were very impressed with the drinks, fruit salad and pizza was delicious we really enjoyed that
I've been here twice & it's been really good each time. There's been a short wait for a table ( not over 10mins) each time but the service & food are worth a short wait. The dry rub wings,Philly egg rolls & fish platter are scrumptious. The portions are sufficient & prices reasonable. Could you as for more? Looking forward to my next dining( I'll change my order & get pictures..promise)
