This is the second time this week our order has been messed up. We ordered the 12 piece family meal which runs about $37. We didn’t cheoiur food until time for dinner. We had wings and breasts only. This was the nastiest chicken we have ever had. There was nothing to feed our little one who only eats legs. Called the office and the manager did not care. We are not driving back at night to return food they messed. We also did not have a receipt but I plan to dispute the charge. This is garbage. Don’t go there. It’s always something wrong or the chicken isn’t done.
They do not know how to count. Unless 8 piece family meal is code for 6 pieces of chiken. The price has gone up with no more fillup meal. This is not the first time, I usually will only go with my wife so she can quickly make a piece count but I was on my way home and kept my hands on the wheel. Got home and didn't have enough to feed my family.Please teach basic counting skills as a requirement for employment.
Nice to go to a KFC every now and then, prices have become very high. Chickens must now ride in Mercedes or Rolls-Royces or something. The staff at this location was above exemplary, very nice, best service I've received in a long time.
I went to order chicken at this KFC, The workers were on the phone,.they got my order wrong, the manager acted like he didn't care, this has to be the worst KFC i,ve been to. The customer service is terrible, the front worker gave me a cup for drinks after she counted my change and put her hands in the cup!!!Do not go here!! They had They had window cleaner, near the setup table. Worst place in Suffolk!! Beside the McDonald's on Main st!!
Forgot me at the drive thru. Told me it would take 15 minutes for the chicken, I had to go and ask after 30 minutes and in the end I got original not crispy like I requested.
? My Husband went into KFC at 6:30/pm this evening as he was about to place his order he was told "there is no chicken." by a black manager, while other customer's were receiving there chicken orders from the drive thru. ??
Ordered a 12 piece all dark original and by the time I got to the window they had ran out of dark chicken in original. This was the second time this has happened and they refused to cook more chicken. There was also cars in line behind me, so unless everybody likes the white chicken meat with an hour to closing I guess it’s good business to turn customers away. Also when I worked at KFC the Chicken breast was the most expensive piece on the menu, but I guess they can afford to give 12 chicken breast original for the cost of a family meal instead of cooking more chicken. Poor management if you ask me.
Went through the drive thru, but had to go in to get the rest of order bc they forgot a few things. The staff was very nice about it.
Original and spice Chicken sandwiches were very good. Service was pretty fast and personnel was friendly.
The door dash service is much better than drive thru—picture that. KFC chicken sandwich can not be matched! My goodness!!!
