Usually really good but feeling a little underwhelmed today... 3 tiny pieces of tomato on the whole sandwich?Edit:. The speed here is abysmal. NOT freaky fast

Words can not describe how awful and amateur the customer service or food is at this establishment. Customers beware, this store uses its own drivers to deliver. You can only imagine how that went… Word of advice to the owner—clean house completely. Start over with new crews and get them proper training on customer service. This place is an embarrassment.

Food was great but they definitely do not live up to the freaky fast here. I was the only one in the place and they took forever to make my sandwich. I drank half my drink waiting for the sandwich

This particular location has improved drastically over the last 6 months or so. The workers were very well mannered, and the manager has great experience with making customers happy. Lunchtime is a little hectic, but that's because they do A LOT of catering orders. Overall, solid and friendly establishment to get a good, fresh sandwich.

I literally can’t comprehend how I have had so many issues from this one store. I love jimmy johns and sadly this location is the closest to me but after consistently getting my order wrong over the last four or five times I have been there I’m going to find somewhere else.

PROS: 1. Sandwiches have ample servings of meat. 2. JimmyJohns offers gluten-free lettuce wraps on all their sub combos. 3. The website allows a lot of customization on sandwiches like increasing, decreasing, or eliminating most condiments; adding additional proteins or toppings, etc. CONS: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: I placed an online order and arrived at the shop 20 minutes after placing my order. When I arrived, I was told “There is going to be a delay. We ran out of bread.” There were no other customers at the store when I arrived and no others came while I was waiting, so it was not like they were doing a bustling Friday night business that depleted their bread supply. Five minutes later, I saw an employee carrying a tray of bread loaves across the store. That tells me that they must have had NO bread in stock until I placed my order. While I was waiting, I asked an employee if they would give me a free pickle for having to wait so long for my order. (At this point, it had been over half an hour since I placed my order.) Her reply, “No, we can’t do that.” It was another ten minutes before I received my sandwiches, adding up to a 45-50 minute delay. All it would have taken to appease me was a dill pickle or two. Way to go, management!

This location used to be great. Now the past four times I’ve been they’ve forgotten parts of my small, easy orders. Today I ordered a lulu, Turkey and bacon… they forgot the bacon… forgot the side pickle as well… ordered sides and didn’t get them… what is the deal?! Every time they forget something.

I’m not so much bothered by the fact that there’s only one piece of turkey meat on my sandwich…. So you mean to tell me that someone went to work and consciously decided to put one piece of meat on a sandwich…. A 2nd grader wouldn’t even do something like this lol

VERY< VERY skimpy on basically everything. One slice of meat and spread out the tomatoes, so the three slices cover a foot long. This place is different than other Jimmy Johns. The managers are directing these people to go extremely light on the toppings. It's a shame, JJ's is a great chain, but avoid this location.

Fast, fun staff. Everyone had a smile on, and they shared a bit of conversation. The sandwich was consistent with other JJs locations. Fountain cherry Coke tasted perfect. I would visit again if I was in the area.
